Well, yeah, they'd actively want to believe "lovable" Depp against her and I'm certain that misogyny & the supposed MeToo backlash also plays a hand that puts Heard at a disadvantage. But it's actually surprising to the extent everyone hates her in unison  I've never seen a comment on YT or on FB, Twitter with thousands of likes that even doubts Depp or is somehow favorable towards her. It's insane, he really won regardless of the jury's decision.

 

I'm actually curious how the massive public outburst of Heard hatred could sway the jury's decision one way or another.

She’s talking about incongruent rage or emotion. Showing heightened emotion when talking about being abused is congruent with the situation and would not meet clinical justification for that criterion for BPD.

I do wonder how hard a victim of sexual assault and domestic abuse has to cry to be believed. Amber did cry, and it can be seen in high quality photographs. But it was hard to tell in the low quality stream from the courthouse:

 

 

 

PS: She didn't say she was raped with a broken bottle. She was she found herself thinking and wishing it was not the broken bottle. The fact you guys have the stream to go back and check and make sure you aren't spreading disinformation and you still lie is quite appalling.

She's in a no-win situation. If she cries to much, she's acting. If she doesn't cry enough, her emotions aren't genuine. If she emotes too much, it's part of her supposed BPD/HPD. If she doesn't emote enough, she's a robot. If she remembers too much, she's lying. If she doesn't remember enough, she's lying. If her pictures show he clear signs of abuse, she faked them. If she doesn't have a picture of a specific instance of abuse, it didn't happen. THIS IS INSANE...

 

He can laugh; he can look at her, not look at her; he can use his time to color pictures and pass them to his lawyer, and he's celebrated for it. His pictures are never questioned, even though the metadata of one of the pictures he used in the UK trial showed he was lying about the moment in which the picture was taken. The double standards are bizarre...

The issue is that she WAS crying hard. SOBBING, in fact. 
These images further support why people call bullshit on her performance. She was “sobbing” for minutes on end, and all she could muster is this single tear. 
 

Have you ever seen someone sob as hard as her without tears streaming down their face? Have you ever seen someone “sob” that hard without mucus stuffing up their nose? 
Because this is the first time I’ve ever seen such a dry “sob” in my life.

Where is the snot, the phlegm, the flood of tears a body naturally triggers when someone is crying that hard for that long? The biggest tell is how clear her nasal passages are throughout the performance. Her voice is perfectly clear, not contested as happens with natural sobbing. She’s not a good actor.

 

I’m not a Johnny Depp fan, but anyone with eyes and the ability to recognize bullshit saw her testimony for what it was, bad acting.
