Reminder that the verdict for the case in question, which has already been dealt with, will NOT change. Heard will remain a bankrupt LOSER.

You don't know that. The verdict could be easily overturned on appeal. She has multiple grounds for appeal.

No she doesn’t, there is absolutely no basis to claim jury misconduct. If there were her lawyers would already be doing filings which they haven’t. They’re going to argue, based off Elaine and Amber’s interviews, that the judge is at fault for not admitting evidence. 
 

Appeals court generally don’t override jury rulings and this judge was extremely fair to BOTH sides. Her appeal isn’t going anywhere. 
 

Before you argue with me remember I was the one telling you and the others awhile ago that she would be eaten alive on cross…which happened and that the jury would vote against her…which also happened. You’ve been wrong at every single turn in this situation.

This lying sack of hotmess already profited (literally, in cash) from her divorce settlement, alerting TMZ, her useless pledges, her ghostwritten article (paid for by Elon donating to ACLU), and her corporate speeches (at the peak of her campaign she was making $30K a piece to go around boardrooms & tell her lies).

 

And now it has emerged that AH even got paid for this sit-down with Savannah Guthrie. Apparently NBC forked over huge sum to her — which is why they spread the the whole thing out over a whole week and across multiple channels (NBC, Peacock) and across multiple programs (GMA, Dateline, etc). They did this in order to maximally recuperate what they had to pay.

 

It's obvious what is going on — JD is her meal-ticket. She cant make a living any other way. She has no talent. She can't even act as the world witnessed in court. So all she has left to do is ride the JD wave and collect whatever coin is thrown at her.

 

In other words jump from one scam to another.

Apparently this so called therapy note is not even verified. The so called therapist's handwriting looks suspiciously like AH's own. Remember the notes were never admitted in court so they didn't have to be double checked by JD's team. If they had been admitted, then obviously Camille's team would have been all over them like white on rice, and exposed any authentication fraud, just like they did expose AH's tampered photos / videos after examining the metadata.

Remember that at one time AH claimed the abuse started in 2013? Well well well.... now according to her notes the abuse started earlier. This is relevant because she gave JD a knife in June 2012.

Never been here for this either-or dynamic in the court of public opinion or this thread and still firmly argue they’re both horrible people which I’ve said since Day 1 of this trial - comes down to who happens to be worse which I’ve never bothered to litigate once you cross a certain threshold in action physically, verbally, financially, and/or psychologically. Won’t be supporting either moving forward.

 

Just also popped in here to say that Savannah Guthrie has always been a Jesus-pusher and grifter and horrible journalist.

 

Her career should’ve died years ago in her defense of Oppenheim during the #MeToo era.

 Something VERY interesting indeed:

In Johnny’s witness testimony for the UK trial dated 12th of December 2019 he states the following; “She is a calculating, diagnosed borderline personality; she is sociopathic; she is a narcissist; and she is completely emotionally dishonest.” However, Dr Curry testified in the US trial that she conducted her evaluation of Amber, in which she determined she has BPD, on the 10th and the 17th of December 2021. Amber was not diagnosed with BPD before sessions with Dr Curry.
