Cackling at AH's awkward attempt to insult Camille Vasquez using an Edwards Scissorhands reference. This girl is a hoot (unintentionally).

It’s too early for this interview. Amber will get dragged, no matter what she says.

Amber should’ve given people more time to “self-reflect” before adding more fuel to the fire.

But I guess she has to accept all venues that offer her money, since she’s broke af now :rip:

Also not Deppsters clinging to Tweets with 1k likes now that the bots have been turned off :ahh:

That's not what's happening tho. She's not being dragged for no reason. AH is really that bad. Watch the interview for yourself (the unedited version). She is simply failing. Why? Because she's still in hyper defensive mode. She's conducting the interview in the exact same manner as the way she testified in court: belligerent, nagging, not willing to concede anything, unconvincing in her attempts to elicit sympathy (whether it be by using fancy big words, or by her dramatic "puffs" and silences, her odd facial contortions. She's just bad at convincing people. It's all very performative and try-hard.

For example what the fuckery did she mean by "they did a better job of distracting the jury from the real issues" (she was referring to team JD). What did she mean? It seems like she thought the job of lawyers (including her own) was to distract the jury with bullshit? LMAO

Same thing with her bizarre scissoring attack on Camille Vasquez. Like what the fuckery did she intend by that? It makes no sense to claim that an actor convinced the world he has blades for fingers. That's a compliment to his acting and a compliment to the film's special effects, but outside of that context what she said has no meaning. She is simply a bullshitter who is out of her depth. She wants to appear as a deep thinker who cares about big issues in society, but it is clear that she just wants to have the reputation without the work. She's a typical climber who wants all the status without actually doing the stuff — hence "pledging" is enough for her

The irony :rip:

Depp admitted to physically assaulting Amber at least twice, therefore, what she said was not defamatory.

Reactive abuse is not abuse. She admitted to starting fights while mocking him for splitting and running from her to different rooms. That’s ABUSER behavior on her part I fear!

And Depp is a court-certified wife-beater. Worry about that.

Not according to the jury verdict in a case between her and Depp ! Seethe

And what was said right before that hm? please tell me you haven’t heard just that small 20 sec clip and you’re aware of him admitting to smashing the door on her feet & mocking her for being hurt?

Also didn’t amber explain why she said that  in the interview like yesterday :bloo:

There are HOURS long tapes where she constantly complains about him not wanting to fight her, splitting and having to escape away from her to different rooms while she follows him. They were submitted into evidence, the jury heard them & ruled that her claims were false. Even her own friend, a Me Too activist, stopped supporting her after she heard the tapes. Some of you need to finally face the reality

Please tell us more KeshaSwift! Love seeing people who've only listened to 3-4 30 second clips explain to us how they make Amber look bad, almost as if the whole point of leaking those out of context clips was to make her seem like the abuser :dancehall2:

The mention of social media is not only disrespectful of the time the jury had sacrificed, but if they had any evidence of exposure they’d be blasting it from the rooftops. If anything, she actively encouraged the jury to google things about her while on the stand, and her team were the ones that introduced the hashtags. :psyduck:

No one in this thread is using Amber as a free pass to ridicule domestic violence victims. The f*ck is wrong with you?

:biblio:

I just love how the usual kept their mouths silent when they got called out for weaponizing domestic violence on here.

Justice for Johnny Depp has 20 billion views on TikTok alone and you're here pretending jury that wasn't sequestered during a 6 week long trial, with a 10 day break in between and a long weekend before the verdict didn't have exposure to this case on the social media :ahh:

Also all Johnny had to do was abuse her one single time. They had tons of witnesses confirming it (even his), tons of photos, tons of audio recordings and tons of messages proving he did it. "I'll smack that ugly ***** around before I let her in, don't worry" and "I headbutted you in the ******* forhesd, that doesn't break a nose" were alone more than enough for him to lose the case. That's without even mentioning the fact that all her statements were objectively true, weather she was abused or not and you're here telling us they weren't influenced by social medial? Lmao

All the reasons you stated are exactly why any blame for losing this trial is squarely on Amber & her team alone, not social media.

She came into this with the law & the media, on her side, and as you said, the burden of proof was so simple. And yet, they couldn’t even manage to substantiate the validity of a single instance, not to mention her consist contradictions on the stand.

They were more interested in cementing Depp’s obvious drug & alcohol addictions, recounts with over dramatisation, denying reasonable accountability for a single thing & leveraging social movements, instead of… just sticking to the facts. They shot themselves in the foot with this one, and this PR campaign running now lacks so much self awareness & isn’t helping her public image at all.

MSM was on Amber’s side until the facts of the case started coming out & they realised audiences wouldn’t fall for their pre-established narrative.

It was on Johnny's side after he and his Kremlin attorney leaked the edited tapes which was way before the trial

So... "facts started coming out", as I said? :priceless:

The tapes that are 3 hour conversations, they weren't "edited", they were clipped. The jury received the full recordings in evidence and Amber's team had every opportunity to play any part of them or the entire thing in court, if they had any other context.

Leaking 20 second clips out of hours worth of conversation is not what I would describe as facts coming out lol
