The code provider (CitiBanamex) set up the starting time at 4 pm and people were getting the tickets around 5 pm, by 7 pm the pre pre-sale was closed. At 10:02 I was on queue and when my turn came it said they were sold out (I was working too attending some passengers lmao) so I was like ok it’s over.
