This is still unconfirmed obvi and a rumor so far, but this account is well known on Fashion twitter and is very well connected in the industry (+always at fashion events, etc.). 

Amina Muaddi is an up and coming designer whose footwear has blown up in the past couple years and Rihanna is seen wearing her designs every other day, clearly there’s some connection there.
