Rappers and athletes will ALWAYS cheat, whether people find out or not. Even if the girl in question is THE Rihanna... they would cheat. I would never **** with any of those guys wanting a real relationship lol I feel bad for her if this is true and she shouldn't go through this stress when she's almost giving birth.
