hausofdave Posted January 24, 2023 Author Posted January 24, 2023 the third time the AMPAS did dirty to Paul Dano, male Emily Blunt indeed
fridayteenage Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 costume design almost always goes to historical pieces. the only modern day winner this century is black panther which had a $200 mil budget to do nifty stuff.

Canonical Ensembl Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 It would be so cool to have a Best Actress winner in a role with chase scenes, martial art sequences and relatively less emotional acrobats.
babyforlife Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 Im late joining the party but Gaga 4th time oscars nominated
Blue Monday Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 TÁR performing as well as it did only cements that Cate is probably winning the Oscar, Everything Everywhere already has one acting win in the bag and will probably win in a few of the other categories

Arrows Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 Congrats to Everything Everywhere All At Once. It instantly became my favorite film of all time the first time I watched, and I never had a favorite film before this. I cried actual tears, laughed uncontrollably and my outlook on life has been permanently changed ever since - existential crisis evaporated in an instant! Incredible acting, original script. This movie could’ve only been made in 2022 and will never be made again. Watched it 4 times, and it still holds up. Rooting for it to win big!

Universo Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 The Batman, Gaga, Brendan and Polley i want Andrea to WIN

Happy for JLC & Brendan. Does Brendan have any chance to win or Colin has it on lock? She did an excellent job with what's given to her. But yeah the movie itself was trash.
Right Now Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 What is the story behind Andrea Riseborough’s nom? Why is everyone so shocked?
