The way he did $420M in Europe in 3 legs with Divide Tour and now he's gonna do $300M on the first leg there is WILD.

He's coming for $550M in Europe.

My goodness.

But at least he writes his music plays instruments etc. since he isn't a performer performer...

Not surprised, king of pop

Posted

his touring power will only grow stronger if he keeps snatching a few hits every era

Not surprised given the world loves mediocre straight white men

Wow well done Ed! He’s very talented so not surprised.

Of course Ireland and UK are his biggest markets :rip:

The amount of basics in those concerts must be astonishing

I’m not even a fan but that’s why when people attempt to drag him for literally anything success wise it’s kind of embarrassing

Wow, these numbers are up there with some of the better than average performing dates on the Reputation Stadium Tour :clap3:

He's the king of pop after all :jonnycat:

No. British acts with a guitar always gross huge numbers. Probably cause it makes Europe easier to tour for them.

You think he'll flop outside Europe? Goodluck with that.

No, he holds the highest grossing of all time and this one is probably gonna pull similar numbers :toofunny3:

Well your thread is "Surprised?" and I said of course i'm not surprised that he's selling out stadiums in Ireland :giraffe:

He might even do better than last time. He tours a long time and this time he's starting directly with stadiums.

He did $450M from 3 EU legs the last time. He's expected to do $300M from 1  EU leg alone with this tour and no doubt he'll add more EU legs after the release of the second album.. :deadbanana:

It will be Ed vs Coldplay for biggest tour

Coldplay usually have 110-ish dates per tour, I think Ed will take the cake since he goes beyond that.

Ed will keep on adding more dates until he wins/breaks the record. He did it with the Divide tour :noparty:
