After all, when it was 100% Public voting , the best country always won, no matter if it had neighborhoods winning for her or not. A jury composed by 5 should not have the same voting power as the whole population of a country. After all, we have seen that the juries sometimes vote even more political than the Public. And most important Jury's votes are usually so tragic. Imagine in 2018-2019 if it was just 100% jury. We will have a top 2 of basic songs from Austria/Sweden/North Macedonia .
