Β Β Β The way I came here to post something similar, what a JOKE The only Chancellor with a shorter term was someone who died while in office. Β This won't do anything to solve the problems that are still there though, including Liz still being Prime Minister. Her Prime Minister's Questions session on Wednesday was so tragic, she is simply horrendous at this job. Β
Robert Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Not Jeremy ***** the man who almost killed the NHS being the new Chancellor
@michael Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 There really should be a general election. The majority party cannot form a functioning government. This is undeveloped nation stuff.

Protocol Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 But can there actually be a real election forreal? Is this a democracy or what?
C_Colstead Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 (edited) So the new Chancellor has reversed pretty much all of the "mini-Budget" - and has decided the energy cap guarantee originally due to be reviewed in September 2024 will now be reviewed in April 2023 instead. Β And apparently, Liz Truss "isn't keen" on attending the Commons later, and Penny Mordaunt has put herself forward for it instead. Β Prime Minister's Questions this week is going to be aΒ riot.
