Almodusa Posted October 15 Posted October 15 The fright feat was a kii, but then the ending of it being a compilation of them gagging ff. I was unfortunately eating while watching Overall pretty good runways and filthy segments! Asia Glad they brought back the airplane jump! 1

dumbsparce Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Vivvi was robbed. They were actually horrifying. I absolutely live for Majesty. I laugh with the way she talks and pretends to be this serious, more mature version of herself when it's painfully obvious that she's still a mess. 1 4
publikcitizen Posted October 16 Posted October 16 This has been such a fun season to watch so far. I think this is by far the strongest and entertaining cast yet. 3

I haven't seen a more entertaining cast across all franchises in years. Absolutely in love with them, plus they're incredibly talented. I hope this season is a huge success for Dragula. Rooting for Asia, that's amazing winner energy and work. Auntie, Grey and Vivvi stunning runner ups. And Pi gives me Biqtch vibes, my fave winner along with Landon, so she could be a dark horse. Some takes after 3 episodes: - I actually liked Scylla's Human Centipede, though I get the look on her body was a mess. - I wouldn't have given episode's 2 win to Auntie. As soon as I saw the look, they were the winner for me, that was AMAZING. BUT it was a lipsync challenge in the end, and for me that look was a poor choice as they couldn't move and were repeating the same "clown in a box" moves over and over. Not mad at all, because they are a great contender, just didn't agree. - Majesty's being overrated af. I didn't like her personality on season 2, but she was a huge competitor. Now none of the looks are quite there so far. Plus, I was willing to give her a chance on the personality field, but she's still nasty af if not worse (even though I live for it regarding entertainment lol) - Desiree's behaviour in episode's 2 and specially on 3 Cauldron was horrible. For me it wasn't even fun. She was not fierce or fighting, she was desperate and just yelling at her rival. I'm glad this is not Rupaul's best friend race, but after what Yuri told, she should've AT LEAST toned it down. Glad she's gone, she was one of the weakest at this point either way. - Episode's 3 win could have gone either way. 1
Jacobdaniel Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Majesty needs to crank it up a notch. she's not living up to her season 2 level of domination yet 1

ainadalkaz Posted October 17 Posted October 17 the winner choices in these past 2 episodes were... interesting. i'm obsessed with asia though, i'm hoping she wins the whole thing, she's been killing it and she's so charismatic promo-wise, i was very intrigued by grey matter, but it's all just great gowns beautiful gowns... majesty needs to GO asap
ATRL Moderator khalyan Posted October 17 Author ATRL Moderator Posted October 17 The judging this episode was so interesting. I did not understand what holiday Asia was for the longest time, though her actual look was so good. I wouldn’t have given her the win though. Yuri I thought did enough to avoid the bottom and Aurora should have been there instead but glad Yuri stayed. 1
ATRL Moderator khalyan Posted October 17 Author ATRL Moderator Posted October 17 Also, Dragula has kinda become the superior drag show to me. I don’t get excited for new episodes of Drag Race anymore but Dragula continues to keep me hooked. 1 2

Not only is the drag they showcase way more interesting than anything on Drag Race, but also the mockumentary of it all and the slower pacing makes for a much more pleasant viewing. 3

I don't get excited for new episodes of Drag Race anymore but Dragula continues to keep me hooked. The proper opinion. Drag Race has unfortunately become so formulaic and sanitized you can basically guess how the season plays out by just looking at the cast. It would be such a gag if the Boulets were invited to a premiere episode(s) of Drag Race and made the bottoms do the Human Pincushion extermination before lip-syncing for their life. But that will never happen. Not due to the concept, but due to Ru wanting to be the only Queen on the panel.
BrattyBottom Posted October 17 Posted October 17 I'm watching Titans now and why does Kendra Onixxx look like Busta Rhymes lol Also definitely rooting for Asia Consent 💕

Canon Posted October 20 Posted October 20 I still get a kii reading the RPDR socials when they asked "Which Queen had the best Spider Drag Runway" and everyone answers Koco Caine 2
Dragonfly Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Most looks were a little weak to me tbh I only genuinly liked Auntie and Aurora Asia's performance was good, but they didn't feel like a group at all? And I absolutely HA-TED Grey's look 1
Baby Dancer Posted October 22 Posted October 22 (edited) Very very surprised by the ending. Maybe it's just a cliffhanger but Grey and Vivi were just so good last week and "not bad" this week that I hope they both come back. Asia probably needed a jolt, I think she looked a hot mess in a bad way. I'd be ok with her sending one of the other two home Majesty wants to make drama so bad, they'll never make me hate her. Auntie was kind of a no fun bicth this episode, might have to root for a bottom placement. Edited October 22 by Baby Dancer 1
killer_rose Posted October 24 Posted October 24 What even was Asia's inspiration for the look? It was hideous. 1 1
Bimbo Posted October 24 Posted October 24 This episode was such a downgrade from the rest so far, it's been a really enjoyable season but this theme was baddd and the drama didn't give much
Dera Posted October 25 Posted October 25 I'm glad people online defended Scylla's human centipede look me and my girlfriend were so unamused with the ep 1 editing dragging Scylla so hard, when Scylla gagged us both the second her look came on screen plus it bugged me that Swanthula called Scylla's centipede floor show "uncomfortable", instead of commending her for her filth? was it because Scylla's unedited, live performance was more prolonged than what we saw? it reminded me of when the Boulets dragged Cynthia for portraying a meth smoking mother on stage as "insensitive" when Cynthia has authentic parTier energy when filth is precisely about dispensing boundaries and taste. filth already feels more dependent on shock value as a category than glamour and horror, so for the judges to be uptight about what filth is permissible feels especially stifling
