Did they follow the book for how she died? It wasn't justified at all. I did not understand WHY. Anyway the Aretusa episode was great. The desert one was mostly boring but necessary. The last one was good too.
Johnny Jacobs Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 This season is a mess and im already half through. So bad omg no wonder Henry left They really ruined it. I don't understand this new shift in tone. Its giving Bridgeton
Relampago. Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 I barely finished season 1 and started with S2 yesterday, but reading these reactions I’m very worried about finishing the series
Stegeo Posted August 13, 2023 Posted August 13, 2023 I just know they'll merge the upcoming S4 & S5 and rush through the ending and just be done with it 😭 The show just isn't even about Geralt anymore and I expected them to try and give Henry a proper sendoff as possibly as they could but that never happened 💀

But in the books she killed herself immediately after the fight, while in the show she was alive for some time and then did the thing

She indirectly helped the sorcerers that were on Nilfgaard's side and made the war more devastating. It also resulted in a lot of her friends and colleagues dying and suffering in the fight. Plus, Aretuza (which was basically her home) is destroyed, the old "union" of sorcerers is over, she had nothing to live for anymore.
KFC Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Trying to keep an open mind but I have recently rewatched the Hunger Games movies and Liam is kind of a bad actor
Miles. Posted April 18 Posted April 18 love how they're trying to frame this as anything BUT a cancellation after the recent TANKING. This has got to be one of the biggest fumbles in television history. 1
