She still believes it’s a “beautiful way to end this trilogy,” while Green declared Halloween Ends will be a “bigger, badder, nastier, crazier version” than Halloween Kills. Green has revealed that Halloween Ends will feature a time jump from the 2018 killing to the present day and address the COVID-19 pandemic in Haddonfield. Halloween Kills director David Gordon Green also teased Halloween Ends will be different in tone from the first two installments and will feature an exciting twist ending.
