The goal of the show is to bring together the best drag talent in Mexico from different states of the country and make them compete every week with challenges inspired by Mexican culture, making a big final performance for the finale and earning the title of La Más Draga. The host of the show has been changing with every new season — S01: Lorena Herrera / S02: Vanessa Claudio / S03: Karla Díaz / S04: Roberto Carlo.
