the way the producers weren’t expecting aimee to be in the bottom and get cleared so they had to come up with a double shantay really quick  they for sure wouldn’t have done it if neerah had lost the lipsync.

This was giving early season messiness and I’m here for it. Even though Melinda is completely delusional it was refreshing seeing authentic emotion from all three of the bottom. The dramatics were hilarious. Excited for the fallout next week.

The drama was excellent 

 

I was stanning Aimee so much during her confrontation with Nearah. Her asking Kiki to save Melinda was pure *****… but then she kinda lost the lipsync

Unpopular opinion (?), but I thought the judging was correct. At first I wanted Luna in the top instead of Denim, but I think Denim's was more unique and couture than Luna's, so I'm okay with Denim in the top. If I had to switch anyone for Luna, it'd be Kitten. Her look, while well constructed, looked so tacky.

 

I don't think Venus should've been in the bottom either. Her look was better than Melinda's and even though I don't think Melinda's look was bad, she really didn't change it enough from the original coat. Therefore I do think the bottom three placement was correct as well.

 

Nearah won the lipsync, but I am okay with double shantay because both really brought it and I want to see their storyline continue in the next episode.

I was confused why Denim was in the too but Melinda was in the bottom when they both barely modified their garments. The Denim favoritism is NOT cute

I was hoping that the incredibly charming Girlfriend would somehow wake the F up during her lipsync after she told us that improp , writing lyrics , singing and dancing were NOT her strong skills  but unfortunately her lipsync was even worse

A top tier episode

Kiki winning with this stunning gown, the entire Melinda Vs Nearah Vs Aimee drama, Come Through as a lipsync song and Nearah devouring the performance 

Luna should've been in the top over Kitten. Melinda's look wasn't bad but I can see the critique and the reasoning. She's so entertaining

Not to go full Nina Bo Nina Brown, but Lina’s look would have looked better if it was made for someone with breasts.

That was some of the most engaging/entertaining drama I've seen in a while on Drag Race - the girls BROUGHT it  

 

As far as the challenge went, Kiki was clearly the best, Aimee was clearly the worst, and everyone else was kinda in the middle, so it could've gone many different ways imo. I personally would've put Luna in the top over Kitten, but the rest seemed fair.

 

Melinda getting saved after the meltdown SENT me  And then that crazy ass lipsync  I was rooting for Aimee, but Nearah ATE her up, so the double shantay seemed super random, but I kinda love it from the perspective of the show/drama. You can tell next week will be crazy as well and I'm excited for it

Canadas drag race is the worst of the franchise. The queens are so amateur, the judges are stiff and scripted, the editing is badly timed, the queens are so MEH. The whole franchise died after S1.
