Why did Jada look like she was about to cry for half of the episode? She also did not deserve to be in the top 2. Fierce may not have slayed the performance but she consistently did well during the competition and deserved the spot. 
 

What happened with production on this episode? The mastering of True, North, Strong, and Fierce was terrible. The vocal levels were way above the rest of the song, and that choreo was a ******* mess. The two backup dancers wearing tops seemed off for half of it. Hollywood jade needs to stop doing the choreo because none of it has been anything close to exceptional this season. 
 

Congrats to Giselle though. She is the correct winner of this season and I’m very happy for her. Fierce could slay an all stars season so I hope to see her again. 
 

I hope there is a season 4, but something about the show needs to change. Idk what needs to be different, but having a main RPDR there consistently (even if it’s Ross or Carson) would probably help.

it would be a shame to lose this (or any of the international seasons) but i guess Canada's Drag Race All Stars would be a nice cap to the CDR franchise. get four queens from each season and give fierce a crown

Season 1 and Season 3 were good, but I dont see it for Canada tbh either.

 

Again, these girls can just compete in the US market.

 

People like Kendall Gender shouldnt be anywhere near a drag race finale.

Jada top 2 is honestly one of the most tragic payolas in DR herstory  I thought for a moment she might win and share the crown with Kylie for worst winner ever.

 

Gisele is cool, but Fierce and Kimmy are still my faves. I really hope they find a way to compete again. Didn't someone say in here that the show isn't getting good ratings? If that's true, I worry about the potential for All Stars

My feelings about this season can be subsumed up by a quote from Rupaul herself… “meh”. Every season needs Charisma Uniqueness Nerve and Talent. I get that a spin-off of a show that has already had other successful spin-offs may have a hard time being unique, but this season was severely lacking in uniquness, and charisma and nerve weren’t particularly present much either. Yes - there was talent. There were a few runway looks that were positively amazing. Idk if that speaks to the designers or the queens though. Whomever did the casting for this season needs to be fired. None of the queens that were present in this season were on the same level of half of the mainline series queens or the UK queens (season 3 being a possible exception). Everything that we got was a shallow image of what the US series does. Even the comedy queens this season weren’t that funny. Gisele slaying the snatch game like she did should have been a wake up call. At the end of the day, I just don’t know that Canada has enough drag talent to stand on its own. If it does, the latest season (and arguably season 2) haven’t showcased that.

am i the only one who thought this was by far the best season so far? a lot of the challenges were unique and interesting (maybe bc it didn’t rely on so many dumb unfunny acting challenges like the Ru hosted versions) and the cast was great except for a few questionable eliminations

no literally  i was cackling at Jada doing that weird shaky lip thing, i really hate that exaggerated mouth thing queens love to do in ballads and it didn’t match the song at all. Gisele’s was much more reserved and sophisticated, she EMBODIED Celine

no you're right. season 1 was carried by the cast because the challenges and the judging were bad and overall the dynamic was weird and amateurish. i hated the co-hosting thing and them having random z-list guest judges act like rupaul

 

season 2 was the biggest slog ever. i only remember Eve's singing and that one double headed Pythia runway.

 

i was ready to hate on s3 once again but they won me over with a cast with chemistry and original challenges and runways.

Kimmy smashed the finale but the last thing i wanted is for Kimmy to perform A New Day Has Come 

 

Gisele and Jada was the perfect choices to lipsync this song 

 

Now , overall for this average cast , Gisele deserves to win
