FAN Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 Interesting season so far. Brooklyn seems way more relaxed and herself here finally which I love to see her growth as a host/judge. Week One: Boom Boom Week Two: Kimmy Weem Three: Jada Judging was weird. Should have been a Boom Boom/Kimmy joint win.

It's so weird because there were so many great moments (mini challenge, song choice drama, runways) but the judging was completely wrong. Why did they even judge them separately when the bottom 2 (Kaos and Chelazon) was right there and in pair, ready to lip sync? Very very weird. Miss Fiercalicious and Bombae were nowhere near the the bottom 2, their performance was solid especially considering it was objectively the worst song to get out of the bunch. I also don't agree with the top, Kimmy and Lady Boom Boom or Gisele and Vivienne deserved way more than Jada and Irma (they were actually my least favorite after Kaos and Chelazon). Kimmy and Lady Boom Boom had the best lip sync, but Gisele and Vivienne had the best runway (and it was kinda coordinated too), so it could've gone either way. I lived for the formers' performance though, it was amazing. Loved the challenge by the way, I'd love to see it again in the future. This cast is great, they're really trying their best to serve some good TV (especially Miss Fiercalicious and Kimmy). Vanjie was a great addition to this episode and gave good advices too. More of this please!
NumbSoul Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 Cute week, liked the challenge, the runway was nice, but the judging... eh. I didn't gag for Jada's/Irma's performance. It should've been another Kimmy win with Lady Boom Boom, Vivian, and Giselle in the top. I wasn't mad about the bottom though. Fierce and Chelazon made sense. Glad Chelazon got to show her culture, but I do think it was her time.
ucanfma Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 vivian and giselle performance was the most enjoyable for me I thought they are gonna win and they weren't even in the top Kimmy and Boom showed the best dancing ability but it wasnt that satisfying for me but of course they are still deserved high placement I dont know why Jada won but okay I guess I like Kaos so Im happy she didnt lypsinc but it feel like her days are counting Chezalon was a good contestant

Irma and Jada weren’t nowhere near the top Giselle was also very strong but I think Viv was a bit flat compared to ha. Loved their runways too. Loving Boom Booms aesthetic btw nice mix of high end fashion and camp.

The mini challenge had me cracking tf up Of the million Ru franchises running, Canada just has something really endearing. I think it may partly be Brooke’s involvement, the great challenges & the cast not being afraid to just be themselves. I really appreciate that they’re getting actual Queens to guest judge too.

aahaspider Posted July 31, 2022 Posted July 31, 2022 (edited) The word bUlLyInG being used and thrown around this episode by Gisèle and Jada towards Fierce due to her really just a being salty brat. Calm down, ladies, Vivian is not somebody's little lost child. Even with the not-so-great makeup, Bombae's runway look this episode was a SHOOT. Kimmy was robbed this week of a second win. Kaos I think deserved that bottom two placement over her challenge partner. I'm gonna miss Chelazon, ngl. She had such a good IDGAF attitude so she was able to say shady things in the workroom but it never came off as mean. Her presence reminded me of the early US seasons.
