Ryan Murphy is definitely at home throwing his Emmys at the wall because TWL has exposed his shows as mediocre. Nothing else on TV today has the same special sauce of great writing, insightful cultural commentary, great casting, and humor.

Kaley gave an incredible performance in The Flight Attendant. It was nuanced, thoughtful, and quite moving (even though the series was a bit inconsistent, her performance absolutely deserves the acclaim it received) 

 

However, I do agree that Meghann deserves more recognition. Her scene in the finale with Ethan was some of the best beat-work I've seen on screen this year

I have mixed feelings about the finale, but overall I thought this was a much more interesting season than S1

 

Harper and Daphne were my absolute faves. Loved Meghann Fahy ever since The Bold Type, I hope she stays booked in the future

The finale was great! Daphne and Ethan having sex was wild. I'd like to believe Harper and Cameron DIDN'T actually have sex but interesting how living in some sort of delusion yielded a better result for them.

 

Overall though, I was a bit dissatisfied from this season vs the last one. I didn't like how all the storylines were separate. The Di Grosso's arc was so meh. Valentina was also given not enough spotlight for me, and her character seemed too... empty In comparison to Armond last season. 

 

Glad the hoes won in the end though. That was such a moment.

Great finale, I’ll need to watch again tonight. I am excited to see what they do with S3. I read that Connie Britton had been in talks to come back for S2 but the timing for some cast members didn’t work. It would be cool if they did a season somewhere in Asia that involves her business somehow, I remember she had that meeting with people from China in S1. And Sydney Sweeney should return as well obviously.

I’m still so shook about Tanya    she was not overused or anything and they could have plausibly brought her back for season 3. I hate when shows kill off characters unnecessarily. What was the point of her outsmarting the gays and getting them before they got her if she was just going to die two seconds later anyways  I was screaming at her to open her damn eyes in that water. Mike White is sick for this
