qurl Posted Monday at 03:45 AM Posted Monday at 03:45 AM the way they revealed Rick's dad was really sloppy to me idk second season clears but there were some good moments in this one, i liked it more than the first season 5

The acting was kind of bad in that scene and it didn't even get to pay off much because Rick immediately dies The scene with Piper and Victoria had me on the FLOOR. Her talking about the food not being organic had me on the floor. 10
fountain Posted Monday at 03:59 AM Posted Monday at 03:59 AM The finale had some great moments and I liked the season overall but there were definitely parts where it felt like it was just going on autopilot a bit. I hope they can keep it fresh for season 4, I'm sure it'll still be enjoyable no matter what because the premise and vibe of the show are just so good, but there's definitely valid criticisms for this season that hopefully they can improve on. Most of all I just hope next season doesn't have as many inconsequential and pointless characters . Still a top tier show regardless though.
JoeAg Posted Monday at 03:59 AM Posted Monday at 03:59 AM OMG DARK MODE BEING BACK YASSSSITY YAS what a great finale!! holy sh*t the fact that Lochlan survives that makes me so happy I'm so glad Belinda and her very attractive son got their happy ending! and I'm so glad that all three blonde ladies survived in the end I think the reveal of Rick's dad being his dad (which I had suspected since like half of the season ago) was a bit too quick in all that crossfire to really have it sink in well, but otherwise the episode was so satisfying as a conclusion! I'm so sad Chelsea died but the cinematography was seriously killer and they ate that. wowowowowow I'm very impressed! 1
Ciel Posted Monday at 04:05 AM Posted Monday at 04:05 AM Overall this season was a chop for me but the finale did have it's moments. Laurie's speech was excellent...I'm sure lots relate. Definitely got me emotional. Belinda switching immediately once that deposit hit Rick dragged Chelsea down the whole season. Way too sweet for him but I suppose the foreshadowing was there especially the dinner scene. I'm torn on if Loch passing away would have been more interesting or not...it's already a wrap for that family but I also feel like why would he nor the Dad not have cleaned the blender out before using it 1

Donquizote Posted Monday at 04:08 AM Posted Monday at 04:08 AM That was a bad finale and quite predictable (except that messy father revelation) I believe Mike White is running out of idea 1
Donquizote Posted Monday at 04:09 AM Posted Monday at 04:09 AM Hope the clown comes back to bite Belinda Can't wait for that ***** to get her karma next season
Universo Posted Monday at 04:11 AM Author Posted Monday at 04:11 AM Carrie Coon made me cry with The Leftovers and now with this show honestly i was so tense this whole episode so i can say the finale worked for me… it wasn't the best season (S2 is still peak) but i thought it was good overall 2
ctlp27 Posted Monday at 04:13 AM Posted Monday at 04:13 AM Great season. Coon has the memorable monologue of the season. So perfectly written (and great storyline the blond bob). As to the father reveal, that's kind of the point. It's too late. He didn't open and kept it closed to all, despite numerous attempts by Chelsea and the therapist. Wonder which themes will be explored next season. 1
CandyCoatedClouds Posted Monday at 04:19 AM Posted Monday at 04:19 AM And to think, Chelsea would be alive and well if she had stayed by Saxon's side. Also at least She and Rick got to spend forever together after all. Also to me this season symbolized that everything comes in threes, there's always snakes in the grass (even ones that don't look like snakes) and money changes people. Belinda switched up quick once she got two coins to rub together and continued the cycle that Tanya started with her. Poor Pornchai. Also I feel like this is closing the chapter on GregGary's story. I feel as though we won't see him in the next season. Lastly I felt like a mother pleading for Lochlan to come back to life. 1

Orsay Posted Monday at 04:35 AM Posted Monday at 04:35 AM The 3 white ladies having a happy ending after narrowly escaping death… yeah they carried the season kinda 6
Thuggin Posted Monday at 05:02 AM Posted Monday at 05:02 AM Belinda essentially giving the same speech Tanya gave her a little bit of money hits and suddenly they need time to "process"! Laurie's speech made me so emotional I'm glad the three ladies got a happy ending when I was expecting their friendships to fall apart. Chelsea going out like that pissed me off so bad Also, it wasn't lost on me that all the people who died fell in the water - Lochlan was close, he passed out by the water and envisioned himself swimming in the water on the brink of death only to wake up. Really drove home the Buddhist metaphor of the droplets returning to the water upon death. Very beautiful that the dad realized life was about more than material possessions even if it did take him almost killing his entire family to see it. 4
NoOneDiesFromLove Posted Monday at 05:18 AM Posted Monday at 05:18 AM Not gonna lie Spoiler The bit where Lochlan dies from drinking the poison actually took me by surprise and kept yelling at the screen to throw up. I'm so glad he was brought back And the final deaths were kinda predictable but overall it was a very satisfying conclusion. The storyline with the three ladies was the best one. I was actually afraid one of them was gonna bite it. Season 2 still clears though. 1
Donquizote Posted Monday at 05:50 AM Posted Monday at 05:50 AM And Lisa is the most useless character. She was just there looking pretty all the time
ATRL Moderator supaspaz Posted Monday at 05:52 AM ATRL Moderator Posted Monday at 05:52 AM Lochlan choosing to become straight and almost dying for it. Toxic masculinity kills! 1 4
ATRL Moderator supaspaz Posted Monday at 05:52 AM ATRL Moderator Posted Monday at 05:52 AM But anyway, that finale was not good. Went off the rails with that corny ass shootout.

beyonceparkwood Posted Monday at 05:59 AM Posted Monday at 05:59 AM This was a great season. Just like earlier season, some bits of the storyline I just couldn't care less about. Overall, still great tho. Loved the Ratcliffe and 3 blondes storyline. Lochy surviving 🥹 1
kimberly Posted Monday at 06:07 AM Posted Monday at 06:07 AM Carrie Coon Belinda getting paid Rick dying Valentin's hot ass being saved but the episode overall fell a bit flat for me. finalizing my verdict as Season 3 being undoubtedly worse than Season 2, but slightly better than Season 1. 1
GipJo Posted Monday at 06:18 AM Posted Monday at 06:18 AM In the 2025 of TV blooming season, this is so mediocre, might not even in the top 10 of the year so far. 1 1 2
flower moon Posted Monday at 06:34 AM Posted Monday at 06:34 AM im sorry but i am NOT happy with belinda... she did exactly what tanya did to her "i am just happy to be at the table" oooh laurie ate the whole episode with that they coulda called scene/cut and rolled the credits and i'd have been satisfied. im was sad the happy british girl got got i kinda wanted to to see more of the familys reaction to finding out their new situation overall the finale was fine but probably my least fav season of the three. 1
bjorn Posted Monday at 06:34 AM Posted Monday at 06:34 AM (edited) Some things i found unrealistic The way they showed Lochy "dying" from less than a cup of diluted fruit shake. Like why even have those trees growing at a resort if you'd die from it that easily. Also why would Gaitok just shoot Rick without knowing for sure who the gun man was? Especially after seeing a man carrying a dead body like that. Didnt make any sense. Sirtala didn't really point him out she just said "shoot him he's getting away" or whatever. So i would be looking for someone trying to run away not a "couple" who looked like victims. Walter Goggins acting when Chelsea got shot was SO BAD i was shocked. The "No no no" was honestly so bad. It kinda threw me off because his acting thorugout the season was pretty good imo. Overall i thought it was a decent finale. Season 2 is superior though. Edited Monday at 06:38 AM by bjorn 4
