NoOneDiesFromLove Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Sadly this was such a filler episode. The storyline with the three girlfriends is the only one that is making progress, the others are advancing super slow and the Rick-Sritala-Jim affair? Couldn't care less and the "confrontation" was super disappointing The finale better be worth it 1
Taylor fanboy Posted March 31 Posted March 31 This type of filler episode is something you'd expect at the early beginning or middle of a series which builds up into something. This is one of the last episodes. That's it? 2 2
katara Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Oh I also thought more was gonna happen. Now looks like the finale gonna be rushed or have loose ends.

HonourableVomit Posted March 31 Posted March 31 90 minute movie-length finale, bring it on. Can't wait for the tea about S4.
godmess Posted March 31 Posted March 31 yeah irdgaf about anything at this point and I really enjoyed the previous two seasons... The ideas here feel undercooked and often forced. 3 2 1
Life Savers Posted March 31 Posted March 31 (edited) The way there were legit 10 minutes of just the random fight. I'm a season 3 apologist but Mike does deserve some lashings for this episode Carrie Coon ate, however. "You have PayPal or Zelle? Cash App?" is rivaling "Hillary Clinton wrote 5 books" as the funniest line of the season. Edited March 31 by Life Savers 5 1 1
KylieistBoi Posted March 31 Posted March 31 I thought the reveal about the Russian guys was shocking. Not to mention the off-hand "that's my drink of choice" comment from the old guy in the beginning, Spoiler basically confirming he is Rick's dad. I don't want to speculate, and I just want to enjoy as the show reveals everything but with the way he's been being treated, I think Gaitok will end up as the killer. Having the dad as the killer would be too obvious 2
Sabrina Carpenter Posted March 31 Posted March 31 was the russians being the robbers supposed to be a surprise? it was so obvious 1 3
Welovetrouble Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Ummm if you enjoyed season 1 I don't understand why you'd think season 3 is slow because season 1 was literally nothing happening, I only finished it cause I was bored but season 2 was better than this season
Ger Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Belinda's "Can't I get one ******* break this ******* lifetime?" took me out Kudos for Lalisa's acting, she knows how to be a bad b!tch I need the finale right away. Laurie was my favorite this episode, speak your truth dear! Random thought, but I have ended up finding Lochlan very attractive, ugh, you evil twinkie 2

If you've watched (and enjoyed) the previous two seasons, 'people not doing anything' should be the least of your complaints 4 1
Hector Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Very surprised Rick didn't kill that man. And I'm not surprised Greg wanted to pay off Belinda with $100K. The interaction between the 3 friends was a hoot and glad Laurie had better sense than to give that himbo $10K. Good she escaped before the Russian Margot Robbie lookalike got her. And of course the three Russian musketeers were the robbers Glad Gaitok figured that out. And that he got the gun since dumbass Timothy has turned homicidal thinking of killing Saxon & Victoria! Can't wait for the finale next week! 1 1

prézli Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Literally nothing happened. Anyway, I don't think Piper will stay in Thailand. It was an unnecessary move from Laurie to **** with that Russian guy. But we know he was the robber! 1

1DES Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Dad having suicidal visions because of lorazepam. Spoiler The awkward scene with Piper and Lachlan. They better not go there. 2

Gavin. Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Hate to say it but "the this show moves so slow" critics were right this episode. Literally nothing happened Also, Belinda is quickly becoming annoying to me. Girl take the money and be quiet. Morals aside you'll 100% be murdered. 1 1
Puttanesca Posted March 31 Posted March 31 I would be on the first flight home if I were Belinda and going straight to the cops. Taking the money would haunt me for life and that man isn't leaving Thailand so you should be fine. 1
Triton Posted March 31 Posted March 31 This episode was funnier than expected…Chelseas face when Chloe is explaining why Saxon got invited, Victoria wanting to save that girl, Zelle…Paypall…cash app!? Kate gagging Laurie. All had me laughing. Now apart from that… Belinda, girl take the money and run. Just the choice and the story is done. Rick just pushing that man, meh, even if it was one line or two from the old man after mentioning the moms name implying the situation was more complicated and gagging Rick thus changing his perception and why he's been all sad. Goes back to Chelsea (though why go back to the White Lotus if the old guy owns it and has all their info) The friends popped off, their story is done, they might make up and move on. Just the family bomb and in true White Lotus fashion… it's never a long drown out situation. Drop the bomb, give Parker a big scene reacting to it and done. Maybe they all stay in Thailand. The shooting…. Gaitok/his boss has a gun, so do the Russians and Sarlitas body guards…shoot out between them? Looking back at the first episode, it's multiple shots. As to who dies… Mook as a casualty? Valentin? Or Gaitok as a hero? Chelsea as a casualty since she's "almost died" twice and throws Rick into another sad boy spiral. 1
