I watch an insane amount of TV and can confidently say this is one of the best, tightest seasons of television I have ever seen—fully fleshed out genuine characters, riveting storylines, iconic lines, and knee-slapping laugh-out-loud moments. “These are some high-end gays” / “These gays - they’re trying to kill me” / “Mi capisci?” / “TUTTI GAY” will all forever live in my head rent-free. I’m CACKLING just typing.

Watch that season even if you’re not into Survivor. No prior knowledge required. One of the best!

James_Dean Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 I'm sorry but I can't understand the point of killing off Jennifer Coolidge like that She's like the character of the series... I would have loved to see Tanya continue to be the character that links the seasons together. Like she continues to travel to other White Lotuses and the anthologies continue. Whatever. The season was alright, but it wasn't as entertaining as season 1. There wasn't a single character aside from Tanya that I sympathized with.
Eóghan Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 oh wow legendary tings just finished binging season 2 this morning and this pops up on my subscriptions. the timing is immaculate ‐---------------- not much to say about season 2 except maybe that mike white lowkey SNAPPED. and to think I thought his writing was annoying in season 1 (still a decent season of television) but season 2 was such a natural watch. even without all the forced intrigues, it was so charming to spend time with that cast in this setting. especially the sicilian natives. 10/10

Season II reigns as the better season in my opinion with Jennifer Coolidge, F. Murray Abraham, Will Sharpe, and Beatrice Granno with the standout performances. I was in shock at the end, but I find it hilarious and ironic that the premise of this show is white people ruining the lives of POC, and them continuing on as if nothing ever happened
