I hate hate hate when Ru suggests (read: forces) contestants to switch up characters at the last minute, it's so disrespectful and put them in such a difficult situation. I guess Cheddar and Jonbers were the better one overall, but Dakota really surprised me. I actually laughed out loud for her jokes the most. I also thought Jonbers was surprisingly funnier than Cheddar, but the former had more clever jokes I guess? Le Fil, Pixie and Peppa were all bad, it was sad to watch. The win was Cheddar's by default, especially with Jonbers looking a mess on the runway. Cheddar's look was amazing though, loved it. I was gagged Dakota wasn't in the top, she did well and that runway was stunning. Le Fil and Peppa especially looked a mess. Lip sync was ok, I actually thought Le Fil was gonna win until she removed her shoes because Peppa was doing the most as usual. Why is everyone counting Dakota out of the top 4? She's doing extremely well and has won two challenges, she has all it takes to go all the way
NumbSoul Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Dakota should've been in the top, but I guess they didn't want to send Danny to Untucked on her own. Other than that, I thought the judging was spot on. Not the strongest episode, but still cute overall. The season is starting to slow down a bit for me, mainly cause a lot of the more interesting, dynamic queens left. Next week's challenge should be fun, so hopefully it picks back up again!

keerbyriri Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 2 hours ago, Roberto said: Still better than tragic US S13. that's true. there are a few exceptional contestants this season that prevent it from becoming unwatchable (even if more than half of the cast were duds). there are just no interesting dynamics between the contestants or character development. this season and the previous season, to a lesser degree, are overproduced and sanitised in the worst way possible, hard to say if it's because of the cast or production, probably a combination of both. the sudden steer since last season for the UK to become almost indistinguishable from the dull modern US seasons is real though.

Like they could have turned this to a S14 situation if they wanted to. Sad to see Black Peppa struggling. I think she‘s officially out of the running. She was way too insecure and pushing her I’m simply not funny shtick. Production / Ru does NOT care enough about cheddar for me to consider her a contender. It’s Danny’s crown to lose.

Dakota and Jonbers did great. I actually was excited by the idea of Enya impersonation but I guess if Ru asks you to do a different charachter you have to take it The bottom 3 was correct, I think Le Fil was slightly better and had a better runway of the three. Kinda sad to see him go. Pixie was the worst for me and I think her time is up I think the crown is between Dakota and Danny so far. Peppa has truly lost the steam and unless she wins 1-2 more challenges, I don't see her as a winner

A comedy queen who has been mediocre all season and flopped the main comedy challenge of the show. Useless and ugly on the runway every week. At least Jonbers has been kind of okay twice, can’t say the same for Walmart Cheney. More Dakota robbery too. How was she not top? I agree with Cheddar winning although if Dakota had won I wouldn’t have been that surprised. Still the star of the season, although it’s clear the crown is between Cheddar and Danny. I was super invested in Peppa at first but wow, she’s completely lost all steam. Maybe she can redeem herself next week with a makeover but I’m super disappointed in her run so far. I really hate, like others have said, that Snatch Game is just about doing what Ru says. I get it’s RuPaul’s Drag Race, but at the end of the day, the fans are the ones who have to watch it and support the franchise. The queens are better off sticking to characters they came with, it would probably make for better snatch games. I’m also tired of the imaginary characters like St. Patti. There’s no reference so it feels like a cop out and it usually just ends up being a stereotype which is kind of tired at this point. Overall, disappointing episode but whatever. Dakota slay. Cheddar winner.

She bombed the design challenge and hasn’t really stood out since week 2. Very disappointing as I had hoped she’d go all the way. I’m almost surprised that Le Fil(ler queen) went home over her. Dakota deserved to be in the top, not safe. Kinda shocked that both the main comedy queens choked this week. Cheddar really seems to be picking up momentum and Jonbers was actually pretty decent this week as well.

Cheddar deserved to win but it was still a weak winner tbh. Even though S3 is not that girl, Ella kinda ate the snatch. Danny should of done her OG character. Ru did ha dirty lol. Although I think this one was still safe. WTF was the lil Nas Pepper is loosing a lot of steam and quick. Hope she can pull it around.

Scandalous Posted October 29, 2022 Posted October 29, 2022 this season’s definitely gone downhill and a lot of it is because of the judging/production Pixie should’ve been out a long time ago, why is Ru letting her slide by? JB has had 2 good weeks but still nothing memorable, send her home Danny is insufferable, although i may be biased bc i never like queens with beards/facial hair, but obviously she’s one of the judges’ favs Cheddar i want to root for, and has some great looks, but something just keeps me from really connecting to her Dakota and Peppa are the only ones i really love at this point, but both have already LS’d twice i’m seeing an underwhelming Danny/Cheddar top 2 here which sucks given how strong this season started. the cast seemed really good at first too but now it’s clear it was full of filler queens and even the stronger ones are hit-and-miss

The pink outfit's inspiration was great, but the look was just ok. The entire runway was lacking this week, tbh. Poor Le Fil getting 3 seconds of airtime during her lipsync, the blatancy of this episode's producer meddling... Danny's still the only interesting queen here, Beard the winner or just cancel the UK, tbh!

But I'm resigned to the fact that she's gonna be top 3 and maybe even win.
