It needs a complete new cast and re-branding. Enough with the same tired actors bring fresh blood the 90s & early 00s has so many scream queens that could return for a season! A season w/ Jamie Lee and Neve Campbell omg

Brunette Ambition Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 The scarcity of familiar faces is probably the reason last season underperformed and this one will too, let’s not i hope next season is the last and they bring everyone back.
TalkThatTalk Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Trailer have 1.1M views in less than 24 hours, not bad for a flop show 1
TruGemini Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Trailer looks decent but this is such a bad direction to take the show in imo. I haven’t watched faithfully since Apocalypse but from what I’ve seen, I feel like they’re missing the entire appeal of the show. Every season is supposed to have a distinct personality, vibe, it should almost feel like a new show and the actors should be the through-line. 1984 was the right direction but it wasn’t well made. Red Tide and the other one were deviations, but still felt relatively AHS like (just poorly done.) NYC was the first full pivot and Delicate seems along this path. The show has kind of declined into horror esque mini-series’ that could be on any show instead of anthology and that’s really disappointing. Hopefully they go back to the roots and give us something genuinely unique for the future seasons. Maybe they don’t want to do the supernatural/camp thing anymore, but they could still go for more unique environments to breathe some life into the show. Maybe something based in rural America or the Antarctic, or another period piece (past or future), or idk, something to make it feel different. Also this is minor but I miss the character promos like remember when everybody gagged over the Coven promos with Angela/Kathy/Jessica?!?!? Those days are over I fear. 1

The same actors coming and going as new characters each year, while introducing new ones as well. Sarah, Evan and Lily did 9 seasons and people are still crying they aren’t in the new one. Delicate will be Billie and Leslie’s 6th season. a nightmare... two people who can't act to save their lives, especially billie my god 1 1
skwonderfactory Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 Can't believe this premieres tomorrow! I am cautiously excited and will be watching each episode the following day on Hulu.
DR0GO Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 I loved 1984. Didn't watch the last season, but will binge it this weekend to see what I missed.

The things I'd do to experience NYC for the first time again. Episodes were hit and miss, but the ones that were good - they were REALLY good, in my opinion. Plus the last episode had me sobbing
ctlp27 Posted September 19, 2023 Posted September 19, 2023 It's really crazy how this show started with the finest actors (Britton, Lange, Paulson, Peters, O'Hare, Rabe, etc.) and now... well as a lot of you said, you have Billie, Leslie, and newbies Kim and Cara (let's not kid ourselves on the acting quality). That's also the appeal IMO not just the universe and theme of season but also seing great actors in it. 1
WERKER Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 This will perform better than you’re all expecting it on streaming. Kim has people talking about the series again and Emma is getting a lot of hype too for leading. 1 1

Please remember that we won't get Part 2 untile the strike is over. This will be in the air over a year. I wonder what they are gonna do with it. They premiering it now because there's nothing new
Dragonfly Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 I skipped DoubleFeature pt2 and NYC But I think I will give this season a try
slik Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Emma Roberts karma catching up to her is a long time coming. There's a reason she doesn't book much work outside of Ryan Murphy (who finds real life diva behavior as 'cutesy'). She's had a rep of being a on-set bully/mean girl for years
WERKER Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 I’m devastated and too upset to comment on the recent news of Emma. I have supported her and made excuses for her diva behaviour but I don’t know how to feel right now.
Diet Pepsi Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Kim coming to revive the franchise, just watch I predict the highest viewed premiere in YEARS

Totally understandable, no valid actor would continue to stay in the mess this show has became, the best way to approach this show these days it's to think you're watching a 'Scary Movie' kind of product. 1
ctlp27 Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Justice for Roanoke (still the most violent IMO), thank you Variety. 3
