I need full data for NFL games ratings on Sunday so I can open my "Soccer drew bigger ratings than NFL football in the US. Surprised?" thread :fan:

World Cup might not be coming to DC, but I am sure MLS will :cm:

Well you won't like this LA Times article posted about an hour ago, I fear: https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/tv/story/2022-12-21/tv-ratings-story-for-the-week-of-dec-12-18-wed-dec-21-2022

As for DC, of course we'll get MLS games!  DC United has been at the bottom of the rankings in recent years, and we're still getting next year's season opener game AND the all-star game: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/soccer/dc-united-will-kick-off-season-feb-25-then-host-mls-all-star-game/ar-AA15vdC7

There's an audience for the sport here, but our stadium is the pits and the people organizing our bid got complacent thinking we're in just because it's the nation's capital :cm:

Heres the thread sis

Oh wow, oh wow... MLS you will ALWAYS be famous :clap3:

Maybe if you played for DC United, the ranking would be more versatile with them being on TOP instead of the BOTTOM :fan:

Arsenal come back from a 1-nil halftime deficit to win 3-1 over West Ham with former Manager Arsène Wenger in attendance at the Emirates. They go 8 points up on Manchester City (7 on Newcastle), pending the City v. Leeds game Wednesday.

I hope they hold on to win their first title since the Invincibles season.

With Manchester United's 2-1 win over Manchester City, Arsenal have a chance to up 6 or 8 on Man City later today, should they either draw or win against Tottenham.

Midweek, both Manchester City and Manchester United have a chance to chip away at Arsenal's advantage.

Good news for Arsenal: Tottenham beat Manchester City 1-nil, as Harry Kane scored his 200th Premier League goal.

Manchester City cannot take advantage of Arsenal's slip-up, thus the Arsenal lead stays 5 points.

The PL and Bundesliga title races are neck-and-neck.

Three-horse race in the Bundesliga title race:
Bayern: 43 [+41]
Union Berlin: 42 [+11]
Borussia Dortmund: 40 [+14]

PL top 3:
Arsenal 51 [+28], 21 matches played
Man City 48 [+34], 22 matches played
Man United 46 [+10], 23 matches played.

Arsenal threw away their 8-point lead in the table, as they lost 3-1 to Manchester City. The teams are level on points, but City have the superior goal differential, thus City are on top. Arsenal still have a game in hand.
