YES I've seen so many cool animations / poses that were made with blender, and then you could convert items from Sims 4 to Sims 2 that no one online seems to have already done. 

I tried to learn blender 2 years ago, maybe I should get back to it 

 

Sometimes I find it more fun to make CC than to actually play the sims

It's literally amazing. I can't believe it's so detailed in such early stages. Just imagine this game years down the road. 
 

When this game first started to select people for testing they sent a select few specialized computers with the game already installed.

So I watched neuworld's gameplay of inZOI on YouTube. It doesn't say anything to me honestly.

 

I think the disappointment with EA and TS4 is clouding people's minds a little bit and life simulation players are taking for granted things The Sims was so successful at.

 

I don't like the overrealistic graphics of inZOI. The way the character interacts with the environment and other characters feels so lifeless despite everything looking so real. I kind of got a headache watching cause there really seems to be a sense of emptiness in the virtual world of the game that also reminds me so much of GTA. It's not my vibe.

 

I'm afraid The Sims 2 will remain my go-to life simulation game for years to come.

I feel the same, I'm always saying it but TS2 needs to be remastered with updated features or reboot the franchise with 2 being the blueprint.

Never see it happening though, and have zero faith in TS5 (project rene) after seeing those leaks. They're just digging a bigger hole.

I think there were some rumors going 'round that Project Rene was cancelled? I hope they're true because I also think it looked awful so far and out of touch with what players have been asking for for years...

 

I'm just glad modders keep making new content for TS2 and I'm thinking of creating my own cause that game has been worth all the hours spent in it. But I also wish EA did something to commemorate or celebrate it more. I know big portion of the community favors TS3 more but for me TS2 was perfection.

 

Honestly, it's wild for me there is no legal way to buy TS2 games anymore other than buying second hand copies. They should do something about that at the very least.

They should do that but never will, As far as they're concerned TS4 is the only one that matters.

TS3 was always overrated (to me), yes open world and create a style but it had nothing on TS2.

they only received specialized computers for the preview last year, all those new gameplay videos now are on their own computers

The Sims is in danger, time to release The Sims 2 Remastered (with Ultimate Collection being the base game and adding brand new expansions afterwords) but with open-ish world/neighborhood and put InZOI (and ParaFLOPS) out of business, me fears 

 

Stop being lazy and greedy @ The Sims team and programmers!  

 

You can really tell Sims 2 was made with love and passion and how they were creative and excited to make this game to prove themselves,  only to then become lazy, uninspired and dropping expensive expansions with a bunch of bugs and less content than a Sims 1 or 2 Expansion Packs would come with

Apparently they did a 10th anniversary review, bumped the score from a 6 to an 8.

Just tried the Inzoi character studio and it's amazing, the sims 4 is really over for me… (finally lol)

the only problem I have found so far is the butt slider  

I tried to create myself and boy, those cheeks are flat as hell in the game   

at least on the male character, I didn't have time for a female so far..

Hope it will get fixed.

the team that made the earlier sims games are gone, EA shut that **** down, maxis is dead, no one from that time is around, this has nothing to do with the programmers or the creative team, their shareholders want those quarterly numbers so EA makes them churn out pack after pack of useless, broken **** for 20 dollars... because sims is one if not their biggest money maker... idk why you putting this on the devs, this IP will never recover under EA  the company voted worst company in america several times

Whew  this demo gameplay already ate up Sims 4 up 

 

InZOI will either make or break Sims 5 now. Depending on the success, it could seriously shake things up over at EA. They will probably watch and wait what positives are about this game so they could use them in Sims 5 while also keeping a very close eye on criticism and InZOI's weaknesses in order to beat them up in that area. We'll see how many people will be able to play InZOI with those strong graphics that average computers cannot handle

Graphics-wise inZOI was definitely the goal I expected EA would have for The Sims IP, as it was evolving in realism. Instead we got with The Sims 4 a regression in sooo many other aspects... even behind paywalls. But like they said above, the original devs abandoned ship long ago so I don't see hope that a Sims 5 would be at this level, if there will ever be one.
