Klarth F Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 Just watched the latest episode and.... This is best thing that has happened in a while, probably since Ferka's master plan on La Isla. The way they shameless ate the reward next to Toros dkskdhfshd. I'm glad somebody finally did it like this. Isbo feeling guilt on S1 and The rat trying to justify its actions last season always made me mad. Nahomi saying she did it all herself and not throwing Aaron under the bus Next episode is going to be lit. 1

The green tribe saw an opportunity and they took it. They ate, literally. I still think Pablo was doing too much about the first steal advantage. His rabid stans can never accept when he's wrong. No one forced him to use his idol on Natalia. Was it kinda sh*tty of her to use the steal advantage right after he saved her? Sure, but in the words of Naomi Smalls, life's not fair.
Chamoy Posted August 14, 2023 Author Posted August 14, 2023 @Klarth F La Isla premieres Aug. 28. It hasn't been confirmed, but I'm pretty sure it's being produced by the same team behind Exatlon and Survivor. I can just tell by these lazy visuals... Hopefully they don't ruin the format like they did with Survivor. I want to see the players eliminate each other through tribal council voting up until the F6 like they used to in the original seasons. Idk if I can stomach any more boring elimination battles. First two confirmed contestants:
Klarth F Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 @Chamoy This Survivor season flopped hard. I haven't seen it in a while and just see who got eliminated on Mondays on instagram. Yeah I think La Isla is being produced by Ayun Media which is unfortunate. But La Isla didn't have stellar production either lol so we'll see. Brenda Zambrano being on this she couldn't handle Resistiré which was WAY softer than La Isla but I guess we need somebody to go home first.

I lost all interest after reading spoilers and seeing how far ***** makes it. Spoiler accounts are saying Irving Peña will be part of La Isla. We're eating good if true.
Chamoy Posted August 16, 2023 Author Posted August 16, 2023 These are all the names that were leaked yesterday. Anahi Izali Natalia Valenzuela César Doroteo Irving Peña Fede Del Real Gualy Cardenas
Klarth F Posted August 16, 2023 Posted August 16, 2023 NAWT Cesar Doroteo ksdjskf I know she got approached to do Survivor 2 years ago but in the end it didn't happen. Maybe Ricardo Peralta's winning Master Chef and Wendy winning LCDLF made Azteca reconsider his inclusion. The last 3 men omg. I hope they're there. Just saw the newest confirmed cast: - Carlos Trejo ( ) -Jackie Nava (boxer) - Andres Tejeda (Desconocido)
Chamoy Posted February 21 Author Posted February 21 @Klarth F New season is starting soon. My expectations are low after Season 4 and La Isla. Gaby Fernández Ceci Ponce Eli Varela Antonia “Toñita” Salazar Janette Morales Itzel Peniche Manola Diez Lizbeth Rodríguez María Guadalupe Becerra Esmeralda Zamora Beni Falcón Edwin Monzalvo Nico Vives Tigre Blanco Beng Zeng Gabriel Pontones John Guts Jean Carlo Rivas Matías Gruener Oscar Tlatelpa
Klarth F Posted February 27 Posted February 27 @Chamoy Yeah, the last seasons have been A DRAG. I couldn't finish either of those. I think I read somewhere that this season CaracolTV would produce it instead of AcunMedya but we'll see. They have been filming for a couple of weeks now so I wonder if they will pay more attention to the story lines on the show. Toñita and Manuela Diez being on the cast is promising in the messiest way possible. I can already tell that Cecilia Ponce is probably going to the finals since she won La Isla... and wtf, why would they cast her that's a bit unfair tbh. And yeah, that Jean Carlo dude looks scrumptious....

The AcunMedya twitter account is still promoting Survivor Mexico, so maybe it's for La Isla? The promo looks like the typical AcunMedya production. At least they're finally changing the Tribal Council, tho.
shyboi Posted February 28 Posted February 28 only basic minds watch this shows k bye for now sunshines, xx.
Chamoy Posted June 4 Author Posted June 4 @Klarth F Finally caught up with this season. I'm gagged that they actually made some positive changes to the show for once. The winner no longer being decided through public voting, the introduction of the jury vote, AND the Final 3 being changed to a Final 2? I can't believe we got all of that in one season. There's still a lot of things they could improve, but this is a step in the right direction. Five episodes a week is still too much, though. It was easy for me to catch up because I skipped though most of the challenges, which take up like 50-70% of each episode. I'm also over the dilemmas and the captains twist in general. The elimination format still sucks. The next change should be that the person with the most votes against them goes home. We're so close to getting the real Survivor format. The jurors shouldn't be allowed to talk during tribal council. I'm not a huge fan of Gabriel, but even I think it's messed up how the jurors keep telling him that he has no chance of winning and that they're voting for whoever is sitting next to him if he makes it to F2. Eli and John are the biggest sore losers I've ever seen. So glad no one from Eli's alliance ended up making it to the end. Lobo was my favorite out of this Final 5. He was a way more likable underdog than Gabriel, and he's the only North American Survivor player who didn't waste his idol this year, so let's celebrate that. He would've been a great winner. I totally get why Lu would risk her relationship back home for him. Esme and Gaby made the right move sending Lobo and Gabriel into the elimination battle. The backlash is going to be crazy if one of them wins thanks to Eli and John's bitter asses. I just hope it doesn't discourage the producers from keeping the jury vote.
