Chamoy Posted July 20, 2022 Author Posted July 20, 2022 Kenta dragging that messy old queen before he left. Karim and Christian better keep Kenta's name out of their mouths! Now I really want to see him outlast all the 'strong' guys.
Chamoy Posted July 23, 2022 Author Posted July 23, 2022 Yesterday's episode was really good. They finally included more than three minutes of strategy talk and we got to hear from the bottom players as well as the players at the top. I'm finding it hard to root for any alliance on the yellow tribe. I think Julian and Cuchao have the potential to be good players. Cuchao saying he'd rather work with people he can manipulate over people he can trust, whew. I'm still rooting for the majority alliance on the green tribe. They're starting to crack, though. Kenta distancing himself from Cathe and Nahomi has left me in shambles. I'm hoping he's just doing it so the guys can shut up about him being a follower. I can't take Karim seriously. Maybe he should stop worrying about Kenta and start focusing on not sucking at puzzles. What is this, honey? Kenta and Christian >>> Karim and Christian.
Chamoy Posted July 28, 2022 Author Posted July 28, 2022 Another two player swap, can they come up with something else. I wanted Cuchao to keep snaking the yellow tribe. His strategy of throwing his vote and letting Gabriel take all the credit for the Ale blindside is the type of messy gameplay I live for. I'm not looking forward to him bringing this same energy to the green tribe, tho. I can already see him attempting to persuade everyone to flush Nahomi's idol. The rule change so that the idol must be played before the votes are read. Too bad the flop elimination format kinda reduces the impact of a blindside. It would have been brutal to see Ale go home with an idol in her pocket. The producers are so close to getting it, but then they ruin any progress by coming up with even worse ideas. Apparently, the replacement for the replacement (lol) is someone from Acapulco Shore, and they're also thinking about bringing back some of the players that have already been eliminated... Anyway, lemme do a cast ranking. 1. Kenta 2. Cathe 3. Nahomi 4. Christian 5. Cuchao 6. Fem David 7. Masc David 8. Yusef 9. Julian 10. Karim 11. Viridiana 12. Cyntia 13. Alejandra 14. Santi 15. Gabriel Hoping 1-7 make the merge. Just realized there are only 5 women left.
Chamoy Posted July 28, 2022 Author Posted July 28, 2022 Fem David is the fun, bitchy twink that Gabriel thinks he is.

OMG RIP I hadn't thought about this, only Nahomi, Viridiana, Cynthia, Cathe (and now Jackie) are left I have been traveling so I'm just catching up with the episodes and I hate to say it too but Gabriel stealing the Idol was the best thing he has ever done for the show tbh. I HATE, however, how he wanted to backtrack saying he knows stealing is wrong and all that (same with Isbo in S1), I'd just respect him A LOT MORE if he just embraced his actions and straight up tell Yusef that they were keeping the idol for their clique a not everyone in the tribe like he was saying. Yusef's attitude is so grating too but he's eye candy ngl.

Yusef's attitude is so grating too but he's eye candy ngl. I'm just happy that no one on the yellow tribe has an idol anymore. Cyn, Yusef and Viridiana voted for Julian. Santi, Gabriel and Masc Daniel voted for Alejandra. It's giving straights versus... umm... Yeah, I might have to start rooting for the openly straight contestants if they finally wake up and realize that they can't keep letting Gabriel c*ckroach his way through the game. I wonder why they stopped using the regular tribal council. The new one looks kinda meh. They could've at least included a wooden platform to make it more visually interesting. The outdoor set they used last season was more impressive. The way it started raining right when Yusef realized that Gabriel had stolen his idol was art, though.
Chamoy Posted August 2, 2022 Author Posted August 2, 2022 Not sure what this means for the future of Survivor Mexico, we won I think?

The new one looks so looow budget, IDK what has happened with that. With Sandra Smester gone, I hope Gabriel leaves our tv screens soon. Jackie had me DYING this past episode. The fact that she just couldn't play at all and she was barely walking during the games was so
Chamoy Posted August 7, 2022 Author Posted August 7, 2022 Kenta being immune during my birthweek, but my other man Christian going home. Life has a way of keeping me humble... I don't know why they couldn't just wait until a third person joined Ale and Cata before introducing this three tribe twist. Allowing the losing tribe to choose the fifth member of the third tribe was kind of lame. We could've had more Kenta/Christian content. The twist reveal itself was great, though. I like that they waited until that ep to announce that Ale and Cata were still in the game. The spoilers didn't mention anything about exile still being in play, so I assumed they were gonna bring back players that were staying at a hotel or something. I like this new Ale that doesn't want anything to do with the yellow tribe. Cata and Julian are also in their revenge era. Kenta is the only one who doesn't have any bad blood with his former tribe. See, when you're a social king. The last boots before the merge better all be from the yellow tribe. I want the green tribe and the black tribe to team up at the merge and take out the remaining yellow tribe members. People are saying Yusef is the new Paco, but Paco was a self-aware villain who lived for the mess. Yusef wants everyone to think he's playing an honorable game. If anyone is giving me Paco vibes, it's ugly-hot daddy Cuchao. I'm glad that the green tribe saw through Gabriel's fake SJW act. This is the same guy that was just making fun of another woman's body three episodes ago. I'm sure there's some truth to what he's claiming, but he's an equally sh*tty person for not saying anything earlier. Like Cuchao said, he's only bringing it up now because he's furious that he did all that scheming against Ale for nothing. He's pathetic. Putting it out into the universe that Gabriel, Yusef and Karim will be the next three boots, in that exact order.
Chamoy Posted August 18, 2022 Author Posted August 18, 2022 Imagine how tired we are. These producers aren't going to stop until everything is decided through challenges and they get rid of tribal council voting altogether. All they're doing is reinforcing the idea that challenge strength is more important than any alliance or social game. Kenta winning the first symbol against all the guys made me feel a little better. Yusef and David swear they're these huge challenge beasts, but they couldn't even hold up that tiny pile of corn for more than 30 minutes. David was giving cam model using those toys that make people look like they're being possessed by a demon. Kenta had them by the NECK. Julian and Cuchao getting caught forming a cross tribal alliance, sfjskl. The joint slay they're about to unleash if they both make it to the merge. I'm still lmao at Julian not letting GabRAT see his message from his estranged father. He was so real for that. Antisocial kings <3
UnusualBoy Posted August 18, 2022 Posted August 18, 2022 I'm beyond tired of Yuseef and the jaguares, what a disgusting team and that Jacky girl needs gtfo too.

I think all of Mexico is sick of them. The daily lashings they receive on Twitter are hilarious. Paco dragging the three Yusef stans that are still defending him. Paco and Gary finally getting their flowers.

Yeah, nobody likes them and they have earned it effortlessly, they're loud and love trashing others instead of minding their business, Yuseef and Gabo only make it worse. Mellark Posted August 19, 2022 Posted August 19, 2022 I don't watch Survivor as much, but I hope Gabo leaves. The Natalia of the season I fear.
Klarth F Posted August 19, 2022 Posted August 19, 2022 This season is a damn mess, I don't have time to watch this 5 times a week That being said Jacky She's such a mess but I can't help but like her. Specially because she's always ready to clapback. Definitely Jaguares is bottom of the barrel I only like Dave and Cynthia from that team. I started to like Kenta but him acting crazy and coming for Jacky every episode is becoming tiresome...

I started to like Kenta but him acting crazy and coming for Jacky every episode is becoming tiresome... Is it bad that Kenta spiraling just made me want like him more? He reminds me a lot of Pablo in the way he handles conflict. I've been thinking about this since that time he snapped at Gabriel and afterwards was like, "I wasn't rude to him, I called him a pig the other day, that's me being rude..." I understand the black tribe being fed up with Jacky, tho. It's concerning that they have to keep begging her to wake up every morning for breakfast. She also gets annoyed whenever they try to include her in their strategy talks. She's a kii. On 8/19/2022 at 4:58 PM, Mellark said: I don't watch Survivor as much, but I hope Gabo leaves. The Natalia of the season I fear. I wanted to tell you to come chat in this thread, but I wasn't sure if you were a fan of the show. The tribe that Gabriel is a part of is literally the blue room from LCDLF all over again. Yusef is the Nacho that has everyone in his alliance feeding into his delusions. The other tribes have their messy moments, but they don't preach about being "good people" and then go back to their camps and spew nothing but hate and ignorance. The only good thing about this being on five times a week is that the editors can't help the yellow tribe as much anymore.
Chamoy Posted August 21, 2022 Author Posted August 21, 2022 A two-time pre-merge flop! Back to the sewers where you belong, b*tch! Klarth F Posted August 22, 2022 Posted August 22, 2022 The rat is gone Unfortunately, I don’t see Yusef being eliminated any time soon. I only see Santi voting for him realistically (although I missed a lot of the episode so IDK if Dave thought about doing that). Yusef is getting nominated the second fusion happens though. I see Cathe, Santi, Jacky, Cata and Saadi being eliminated next.
Chamoy Posted August 25, 2022 Author Posted August 25, 2022 Nahomi and Kenta winning their second symbols.
Chamoy Posted August 30, 2022 Author Posted August 30, 2022 The Yusef/Viridiana cringemance being broken up before the merge was the second best outcome I could have hoped for. Santi, David and Cyntia are fools for not voting for Yusef after he gave up his individual immunity, but at least they voted for Viridiana and not each other. That's the one thing that annoyed me about last season. The "weak" players were always too scared to make any moves against the "strong" players. Yusef losing his two loudest yes-people back to back is the universe showing us her cruel sense of humor, she's so indifferent I love her.
Chamoy Posted September 5, 2022 Author Posted September 5, 2022 This last tribal council was one for the books. First person in the history of Survivor Mexico to get eliminated by a tribal council vote. I thought the producers were gonna find a way to still have an extinction challenge. Julian, Kenta, Cuchao and Nahomi giving Yusef and Gabriel a masterclass on how to pull off a successful idol play, hihi. The flashback after Julian played his idol, showing Kenta and Julian planning everything out, ugh, their minds. Kenta has the Yusef stans pressed. I get it, tho. I'd be upset too if my fave was the one being eclipsed in the beauty and brains department. Not everybody can experience the full range of human emotions and snatch two symbols and three immunity necklaces along the way. In my meninist era because I'd love a F3 of Kenta, Julian and Cuchao.
Klarth F Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 I like Julian but Kenta and Cuchao can choke Jacky de la Vega deserved better tbh, I miss her already. She gave us a lot of iconic moments. People already saying this was all planned by production since Jacky is heading back to Acapulco Shore... IDK. I mean she accepted her fate without any drama really, very unlike her but who knows.
Chamoy Posted September 7, 2022 Author Posted September 7, 2022 4 hours ago, Klarth F said: Kenta and Cuchao can choke me Same, sis The people saying this elimination was orchestrated by production are the same ones that were complaining last week about the challenge being rigged against Viridiana, lol, some people just can't accept when their faves get outplayed. They let Potro be a part of La Casa De Los Famosos while that All Stars Shore spin-off series was airing, so I don't think that affected anything. Jacky said she was planning on working with Yusef at the merge, so it looks like Julian and Kenta made the right move. I hope Cyn and David ditch Yusef.
