If I recall correctly another hydro girlie had Barbara on her banner… Yelan. Plus, she had Noelle too.

She's not a dps, I mean you can build her as a dps like any other character but it wouldn't be optimal. She's there to be a bloom support for Hydro-Dendro teams allowing to create bountiful cores that are much better than the normal ones
