I feel like i’m also going for her C1 when i try to get Clownlotte  

 

60 pulls already and no sight. In my next 20 pulls i will get another 5 star and i don’t feel like i want to risk it. Is C1 even good?

Got Mona (now C6 nnn) > Furina > C1 Furina > Diluc (who was already c6) in 202 pulls I had saved up. I haven’t opened my purse yet and still have all my bonuses from the reset.

From my understanding she basically does damage, applies hydro and buffs elemental dmg from all the members of the party with her burst. She gains stacks during her burst, the more stacks the more elemental dmg she gives. To gain stacks you need to heal your party members because she drains HP.
