c1 hu tao is only worth it if youre a sweaty try hard pc player cancelling all the attacks to maximize dmg or just want a more comfortable gameplay

 

the team goes like this

hu tao - crimson 4pc or pyro + EM set - hp% or EM until 100-200/pyro%/crit%

xingqiu - eosf 4pc or noblesse + hydro or double hydro - atk% or er%/hydro/crit% use sacrificial sword if you have
yelan - eosf 4pc - hp%/hydro%/crit%

zhongli - either double hp if you want to max his shield or a combo of geo dmg/hp/noblesse - hp%/hp%/hp% for max shield or hp% or atk%/geo/crit for a sub dps build

I think she becomes a lot more fun with C1. She feels awful to play at C0.

I'm assuming you can do animation cancels though. If you don't do animation cancels at all then it probably doesn't really matter.

If you wanna use HuTao aim for C1 and Homa. Eventually you'll get there but IMO you kinda need those for her to do what she does, the best she can. I've  been trying to get Venti  since 1.0 and everytime I wanna pull he's back with other units I want more, in this case Neuvilette and Wriothesley  I guess I have to skip ha again.

My Hutao uses 2 CW + 2 WT with Deathmatch and she can do 50k CAs and 100K bursts with double hydro and TOTM Zhongli. I know she can do more but since she's not my main DPS I think that's enough.

Dahlia was not scrapped he was mentioned in game several times. If I had to guess I'd say he will be the 4* boy in 4.4 and lion boy will be released only next year.

By who and where? There are no mentions of him

The only mentioned unreleased characters (who haven't had an appearance) are Chiori (appearing in 4.3), Chevreuse (release in 4.3) and Emilie (unknown release but I'd assume 4.x).

If anything:

4.4 Lion Dance Boy

4.5 Sigewinne

4.6 Chiori

4.7 Emilie

4.8 is questionable. First, we don't know if it exists, second, they don't release new characters in x.8, at least for the past 2 years that's been a trend. But if does exist and they do release someone, it's gonna be Prison Girl I think. Or Dahlia cause it's gonna be another Klee event and maybe they'll want him in.

 

They could still add triple banners and release everyone. Too many characters (esp 4*) yet to be released and just not enough patches. I'm kinda sure mummy girl is scrapped for good though.

If I had to take a guess I'd say from all these characters the only one who doesn't exist is Prison girl. It doesn't make any sense for her to not show up next patch when the story is literally focusing around the prison  

 

Apparently we're getting a Inazuma + Fontaine event in 4.3 so I could see Chiori being released then instead of Chevreuse. Dahlia will also probably be released during a future Mondstadt event.
