Dodging can mean missing your combos especially with 4TF. You'll be dodging every 1-2 seconds against the 12-1 beasts, Sumeru bandits, and triple Kenki with anything short of double interruption resistance or ZL shield. 

Cyno with Favonius can take care of everyone's energy needs

Not surprised a C6R5 Cyno player would scoff at the idea of using Favonius, but it really is his 2nd best weapon in his best team at C0.

I really want to say he's flopping the same reason why Kazuha and Kokomi flopped on their debut banners but Kokomi and Kazuha were THAT good and the panning was uncalled for but on Baizhu's case idk how to feel about him. The healing is good but that's the only thing he has going on... his dendro app is not great, his buffs are nothing remarkable and his resistance to interruption is almost non existent. I really like to play him on field but I'm sure that's not how he was planned to be played and most people won't pull for him to be an on fielder so

It's a combination of a couple things

-mediocre kit (considering Yao Yao is a 4* and was given out free)

-awful constellations

-his best set being ocean hued clam in most cases. not a great domain to farm

-not as hot as Childe, Zhongli, Ayato, or Alhaitham to make up for the above
