I might be biased because Zhongli was like my third 5* limited character but for me he's a must pull. But nowadays I use Baizhu as much as him so it depends on your teams, I guess.

The funniest part is, just last week i got 4 BROKEN artifact pieces for my Wandere while i was farming for my Kokomi/Kuki/Thoma  

 

He is now perfectly build and one of my greatest character. Just before Chascas release. And i got another broken Pyro artifact for Lyney and now he is also perfectly build with his sig weapon  

 

I literally have NO reason to pull for Chasca but i want her. Not going to force my luck though.
