They do buff characters last minute?  

 

what difference is it going to make? I believe she really needs to be reworked to be taken seriously. I believe there are 4 stars who are much better than her.

I'm seriously wondering why Sacrificial Jade is not Baizhu's sig. It gives crit rate, the passive gives %64 hp increase + 80 EM 

 

My Baizhu has 53k hp (which is too high for him) while one artifact is a dendro bonus one. He does 10k+ healing and the dendro cores are doing huge amount of damage. Maybe mine is just good that can be too
