Its the worst banner ever i’m shocked. Weirdly Xianyun/Nahida is the second best selling banner during Fontaine. Thought Xianyun was a easy skip.

Oh wow the new banner is a SCAM in the livestream the way they explained the whole thing made you believe there was no 50/50 but there's still the chance you don't get the character you want like what's the point

Its a better version than the standard banner. You can actually choose what you want. There are people who play since 1.1 and never got a Diluc in their entire gameplay. I think this banner is fantastic lol. 
 

now its Mondstadt 4.6 it will probably be Liyue with Ganyu/Shenhe/Hutao/Keqing/Qiqi

At least this banner is better than the weapon banner, you can get Beacon and Hunter's Path in 2 pities instead of 3 and if you lose there's a (slight) chance you can get one of those limited weapons. But for characters I think this will be good for new players only.

 

Anyways I'm perched for then the Fontaine version comes (in two years) so I can pull for Navia and also get Lyney

Exactly i missed that part. You can get a good weapon after you loose once. 
 

i also believe Zhongli/Venti/Nahida/Yae all will be on this banner.
