is2g I've been defending that pigeon since day 1 but I'm so disappointed and frustrated right now  got her mainly for Xiao but as of right now (lvl 70 with her weapon at 70 also) the damage increase is SO marginal I don't think it's even worth it. And what got me fuming even more is the fact Gaming is dealing 150k plunges at level 70 with shitty artifacts and low level talents while my high invested Xiao is doing barely better. I hate it here.

Now ntm, what are you running - Xiao / Faruzan / Furina / Xianyun? It should perform amazingly, maybe switch some sets on Faruzan/Xianyun. But sure you've been investing in Xiao for ages, he has his limit too dd

I wasn't obsessed with Xianyun in the trial, but she's just so gorgeous ugh. But my main goal was Nahida and Madame C6 Goduzan, she really lives up to her hype

Furina + C6 GODuzan with Elegy + Xianyun with her sig + Xiao with Homa (90lvl 10/10/10) = 160k

Furina + Bennett C6 + Xianyun with her sig + Gaming (80lvl with 7/7/7) = 150k

My Faruzan has the perfect TOTM set and Xianyun has a pretty solid NO set too. I was thinking of farming the new healing set for her but I refuse

So... your problem is with Xiao, not Xianyun.

Chiori is... Not okay. I think this is the first time in Genshin History if her kit is real she will be a direct powercreep for Albedo

 

Albedo has split scaling (Skill/DEF Ulti/Atk)

Albedo's E can be destroyed

Albedo's Q makes NO damage

You require an event timed weapon from 2 years ago

 

Chiori has double scaling (Atk/Def in all her kit)

Her E cannot be destroyed 

Her Q is massive damage

You have MULTIPLE weapons to use on her.

 

Not to mention she buffs through Crystallize.

 

CHILE  Albedo mains about to riot.

Honestly I think it was inevitable... after the Venti/Kazuha drama it took quite some time for them to powercreep another 5* unit but I think from now on this will be more and more common because Genshin is reaching the 100 characters threshold soon and it's clear their criativity is fading. With Chiori and Albedo at least their kit is somewhat similar to the point you don't really need to pull Chiori if you already have Albedo and even if you do they can work quite well together. But yeah, Chiori might be attractive for new players but I think she will be a skip for most who already have Albedo, unless they like her design more or something.

But even in that case, or Xingqiu/Yelan's case they have large enough differences in their kits to justify using one over the other depending on the enemies you're facing in the Abyss. But there's literally no reason to ever use Albedo over Chiori now? Maybe if you just don't have her

Apparently Albedo still has faster hits and his particle generation is better, and the EM buff his burst gives is valuable in some teams but yeah their kit is basically the same with Chiori getting the uperhand because of her huge burst multipliers

So a couple more hits per rotation with horrid split multipliers, (Fav Chiori leaves Albedo in the dust so let's not address particle generation) and a useless buff for Geo teams...

I think they’ll rework Geo as a whole by buffing its resonance and/or reactions.

They already reworked the resonante because it was such a flop and it's arguably one of the best ones. And they are not going to give it reactions, it's too late
