If you're willing to invest on Neuvi then do it because it's totally worth it. Wriothesley will be more like a fun unit me thinks and Venti is just another doll for your collection because nowadays all he does is look cute in your line up 

 

If you like Venti then do it, if you care more about what the character can actually bring to the team then just wait for Cloud Retainer or Kazuha. I'm sure Cloud Retainer won't have a CC as good as Kazuha or even Venti but I'm sure she will bring a lot of utility to the team. And GODzuha is one of the most broken units in the entire game so there's that

I have already Neu. His talents are 8/7/7 and i gave him that +15 hydro damage artifact set. He is doing fantastic with Solar Pearl. I meant should i focus on making all his artifacts level 20 and his talents 9/9/9 or should i just start for the boss materials and talent books level up books etc? 
 

I have Kazuha and its true that he is broken. No one who has Kazuha needs Venti and i’m aware of that. He will just be in my collection or maybe i will enjoy his gameplay idk. But i want him so

Usually you go character level > artifacts > talents, or at least that's what I like to do. And Solar Pearl is not that good on him, if you want to explore his true potential I would recommend you get Prototype Amber from the forge and as much refinements as possible. Proto Amber is his 3rd best weapon only after his signature and the new battle pass one. And if you use Proto Amber I'd also recommend you the ne set from Fontaine since it will help you balance the crit rate/dmg ratio.

I want their cons, specially Candace's C6 so I can even at least use her as Hydro applicator, she could have been nice on Wriothesley's banner since they have a a certain synergy

And to think that all of my friends judged me when I C6xd him... Thank god I did because imagine waiting months for his rerun. Even Kirara who was released after is getting her rerun before him

The way a 5 star (Baizhu) is getting a rerun earlier than him  i forgot that he was released with Baizhu

I finally started the Archon quest but i get a dumb sht warning. It says something about the world quest a comedy show and i don’t understand anything of it. I’m scared to click on continue. If i choose one does it mean that the other quest is gone for good or something? What am i supposed to do?

No, it just means that world quest is suspended until you finish the archon quest （the 2 quests share NPCs, so it stops the two from interfering with each other)

No, don’t worry. In 4.1 they added new feature that warns you when you begin a quest that has parts that lock you from doing anything else. When you were swimming around the fortress you got caught by the lights and got sent as a prisoner - this begun a quest in the fortress called Unfinished Comedy. This quest is long, takes place entirely in the fortress and for chunks of it you will be in the story mode (you won’t be unable to use coop/waypoints sometimes). So they won’t let you do it at the same time as Archon quest which also happens in the fortress and has similar features. If you start archon quest, unfinished comedy will just get locked. Only when you finish anchor quest you will be able to continue unfinished comedy. And vice versa.
