i was more focused on getting Nilou and her weapon so lets see. 
 

Nilou still feels like the only character i would pull cons for. She already didn't get a banner for such a long time, after this rerun idek when she will get a rerun. After arlec im totally saving for her so now i'm hoping she comes a bit later. I have only 17 wishes for Arlec btw

If I were you I'd save my wishes for Nilou.

 

Arlecchino will probably get a rerun really soon (first half of Natlan, most likely). If Nilou gets a rerun in 4.7 and you don't get her god knows when she will get another rerun.

Baizhu was released in 3.6 and had his first rerun in 4.2. Thats 5 patches later. I think Arlec will have her rerun indeed in the beginning of Natlan (4.1 or 4.2) so yeah i can get her then. The problem is my credit card isn't working anymore

i dont believe Xianyun will have a rerun during Fontaine anymore. 

 

and imo, Ganyu and Kokomi will be the only character who won't get a rerun during the whole Fontaine era.
