It buffs her E based on the # of Pyro/Electro/Hydro chars in her comp (DMG/ICD/Duration respectively), 0 application from it alone.

Her dendro app is all in her skill, once every 1.9s without any electro chars in her comp, 1.45s or 1s (requires testing) with 2 electro chars in her comp. She's basically made to shill out hyperbloom, quicken and quickbloom comps. Her EM buff also only applies to the active character, which is even more payola for Cyno, and her 2nd passive is meant to be abused with quicken.
