His animation budget is probably a fraction of what the others got.  HT is single target DPS queen, Yoimiya has range, Ayato has AoE and utility, Keqing has dendro, Childe has International, Wanderer has AoE and is exploration king.

HT also has frontal aoe and aoe ult and requires xingqiu, anything further than 5m yoi misses and requires xingqiu/yelan, ayato is a utility king indeed, keqing nahida slave, childe skill cd will always be a joke, spill on raiden's failed abortion

 

wrio also has international replacing chongus, he has freeze, he has shenhe/yun jin/layla c4/candance(prob useless but), unlike all the other chars he can use the 36% new crit set, he has melt comp aka another xiangling slave, and most importantly his rule 34 already ended the rest of these flops. People are doing too much on him
