I didnt want to ask this in the other thread but what is lacking about trinity?? 

 

I've always been confused cause she is lowkey great to descent in most things related to drag but something about her just doesn't scream winner

It's super weird but ig it makes sense if you think of it like, after a vstheworld season that rupaul hosts happens, international queens that were judged by rupaul are THEN eligible to be selected for regular allstars since rupaul judged them.....ig

She's fine, she's objectively great at drag and drag race.

 

She just lacks the sort of star quality that translates into a notable post-Drag Race career because she's more of a jack of all trades type than a standout in a particular area.

• Good runways, but not anything revolutionary fashion wise that will get her major fashion attention
• Funny, but it is more of a general simple drag host comedy that isn't going to blow up
• Moderately good performer, but you're not going to see a Trinity lip sync that leaves a lasting impression on in your memory
• Personable, but not in a way that makes you want to listen to her now defunct podcast on a weekly basis 
• Music occasionally catchy, but mostly is just the typical c-tier drag music.

She's an everyman's classic drag queen which imo is good to have in the winners circle for that representation, people just need to adjust the expectations of where she's gonna be able to go with her career compared to a lot of the other winners.

I agree the final twist is kinda harsh but let's not pretend Monét wasn't robbed of several stars all season long... she deserves her Top 4 spot however she got it.

She's objectively one of the most versatile queen of the franchise. While I agree that she doesn't excel in any of the things you've listed, it's very rare to see someone that can do a good-to-great job in basically everything.

While she may not be THE best in any category, Trinity can still create a great look, do decently in improv, lip sync quite well, and do well in comedy. Some people don’t care for her because of the alleged SheDevil thing, and some don’t care for her because of her dual crowning with Monet. I think Trinity is a good winner/recipient of the crown. She can do it all and she’s been around long enough for viewers to connect with her.

This can either be AS5 or AS6. I can see Naysha and/or Jaymes actually unexpectedly slaying.

I haven’t watched the episode but Monet apparently washing Jinkx to a monologue is hilarious  

 

I do not think that bodes too well for Jinx and Swish Swish since this monologue would definitely be more up her alley than Swish Swish, even if Monet has performed this monologue before.

As much as I hate to admit it, I still think Jinkx is probably a lock for the crown even knowing that Monet will completely wash her to Swish Swish.

 

She's consistently been the one with the most fan support since week 1, is the only winner ever guessed by all the pit stop guests, the judges will truly give her a star every time she's in striking distance of the top whereas most of the others have been robbed or overlooked once or twice.

 

Jinkx will do some mid-level DeLa-doing-Anaconda white girl "comedy" for her Swish Swish lip sync, they'll cut to Ru putting on one of his fake lip sync cackles, while showing the least amount of Monet's performance they can get away with without being blatantly obvious.
