I get your point but I really don't know how I feel about the alcoholism is a disease debate because if Karen wants to get drunk at events that's fine but she clearly has gone through this DUI scenario before and did it again. I feel weird when people say it is a disease when there are people with cancer and stuff that deal with things that someone drinking too much alcohol doesn't face. I get it but I feel like she has to accept what she is and make sure that if she is going to drink to stay away from the wheel. It's scary that she could have taken herself out or someone else with this incident. For her kids alone, I hope she gets it together because Karen might be delusional but she has great qualities and I KNOW she is not done making sure her kids are secured in life. They still need their mother's sober guidance. 1
