You have watched Session 9, so I think psychological component will be appreciated too. Monolith is interesting too, but it can turn out to be divisive. Infested if you are into creature features.

Have u seen 30 Days Of Night? 30 Days of Night is one of the rare vampire movies I like and would recommend actually. The Beach House is interesting take if you like Cabin Fever. And add Sea Fever too while we are at it. 1
sweetsexysavage Posted May 6 Posted May 6 I just re-watched Malignant Spoiler I didn't remember all the action-elements of the movie. I screamed when the biological mother fell through the attic. 1
Leptine Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Decided to check 'Late Night with the Devil' given also the payola positive buzz on IMDB and to see if y'all were too harsh about it... Well I just wake up after falling asleep while watching it The movie is a legit SNOOZEFEST, there was literally no suspence and nothing intruiguing about it, I agree only the aesthetics and the 70s setting was interesting but not enough to make a good movie out of it. TURD!
Lemon Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Arcadian is essentially A Quiet Place ( Arcadian's Version ) and it doesn't bring anything particularly interesting. Speaking of Nicolas Cage's effort, on another side, Abigail is Ready or Not meets Renfield. It's fine pass time, but directing duo is better when actually dealing with more thriller tone aka Scream 5/6.

popmusicisdead Posted May 9 Posted May 9 2 of the most payola'd and overhyped movies of the year Late Night With Demi Lovato and Flabbygail both MID. who would've guessed? 1
Buffy Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Infested was a 10/10. A true skin-crawling horror movie. No cheap scares or gimmicks. I also enjoyed all of the characters. They felt like real 3 dimensional people as opposed to cheap deaths/throwaway characters. 1

Buffy Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Abigail was a fun movie! I liked the cast and special effects. The ending was kind of weird between Abigail and her Father. What was up with that? Lol 1
skankle Posted May 12 Posted May 12 Tarot was actually really fun! Stupid in every way and knows well enough, but commits nonetheless and avoids being annoying and referential and smug as basically every other teeny horror movie is now. A future schlocky cult classic I think that encompasses a lot of Bad current horror filmmaking in a way that swings back around to being enjoyable!
Kevin2803 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) I just watched "The Coffee Table" and now i feel miserable. It's really good and tense, but i just wanted it to end. It triggered me so hard, although i knew exactly what would happen due to other peoples reactions and the synopsis. Just didn't think it would happen so early and just wouldn't end. Leptine Posted May 13 Posted May 13 Second season of 'Them' (horror tv show on Prime) was so good, the first season was already a serve, the show deserves more recognition, Ti West directed both finale of each season. 1
