Uncatena Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Ladies... the best horror film of the year has arrived. Drop everything NOW and enjoy Rebecca Hall delivering another pitch perfect performance in this absolutely batshit, audacious and unhinged opus. Your jaw will be on the floor by the end, I promise.

popmusicisdead Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Resurrection was good. Rebecca Hall's acting was Oscar worthy. but i wouldn't call it "horror". more like psychological drama, not even a thriller. it reminds me of The Killing of A Sacred Dear.

Tim Roth's performance as this absolutely demented, abusive psychopath was incredible as well. the way he made her feel like it was HER fault that HE killed their baby, not to mention the "I ate him and he is inside me" spin that he kept going 22 years later... it was an absolute mindfuck. the ending was perfect.

TheBoss Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Resurrection was amazing, Rebeca Hall is so mesmerizing in every single film I've seen of her, what a queen
mellenthin Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Resurrection was definitely good! It didn't really captivate me though as much as I felt it should have. Wish I liked it a bit more.
Sharapov Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 resurrection was a mess. lol. it was interesting but still
DEGUOM Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 "Resurrection" was dull and boring... what are y'all smoking?! "They/Them" was atrocious and should be deleted from planet Earth. Why can no one make a good slasher film in this decade???

I had some girlfriends over recently for a pre-drink and the room went silent when 'Heels' came on my Spotify shuffle. Everyone was visibly SHOOK. popmusicisdead Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Nope was a mess but very fun i was also trying to watch Earwig last night but fell asleep like 15 minutes in
Kevin2803 Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 "Resurrection" was such an odd movie. But Rebecca Hall's performance was fantastic.
DEGUOM Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 "The Night House" >>> "Resurrection" Rebecca Hall is amazing in both though
Kevin2803 Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 I just watched "Blind Alley" from 2011 with Ana De Armas and the twist had me SHOOK. I would've never expected this movie to end like this.
