Well, @Reverse Warholian got this one right with "Cobweb". It was mid. I am annoyed tho that they put the best scene in the trailer. The one with the mom running from the hallway to the bed.

So I know this isn’t a movie, but I came across an Indian horror show on Netflix called Adhura on Prime. It was a decent show with a bunch of creepy scenes and some good death scenes. It’s a typical angry spirit possessing a child to do evil deeds trope but the mystery of the spirit’s death was good enough to keep me hooked. The said spirit was a closeted gay teen who wanted revenge on those involved with his death lol
