Finally finished Dragon Ball Z and... I'm feeling very mixed right now. Everything was amazing UNTIL the last saga...

It was such a CHORE to watch. The villain was sooooo uninteresting and one-dimensional, and so many characters and their actions pissed me off so bad 

If DBZ ended at the Cell Saga, I'd like it a lot more tbh because there was an amazing ending to the story, while the final saga felt like the author wanted/was forced to milk out more money

So far, DB > DBZ (if it ended at the Cell Saga, DBZ would be better). Dragon Ball Super is next and... I hope I'll enjoy it at least nnn

 

Anyway, who is the best Dragon Ball character in history and why is it Piccolo?

The badassery 

 

I especially loved how several villains feared her (Jakotsu saying Kikyo is the worst lol, Kagura taking the hell off with her giant feather whenever she sees Kikyo) even the monks she met along her journey were overwhelmed by her presence.

- Finished Attack on Titan, waiting for fall

- Almost catching up on Demon Slayer

- Watching The Seven Deadly Sins now, I can’t say I love it but it is entertaining 

 

I had missed watching Anime so much. I finally put boundaries to my toxic job, got some more time for myself and Anime 

 

Usually I watch 2 series at the same time: one with my boyfriend and one alone. Once we completely catch up on Demon Slayer & I watch by myself the Seven deadly sins, Jujutsu Kaisen is next on our list. I will re-watch by myself Sailor Moon, I keep watch clips on YouTube and they bring me so much nostalgia

One Piece current episodes are very fun! I remember laughing my ass off while reading the manga and in my opinion the anime didn't disappoint

Although I think it would've been better to put episodes 1071-1075/6 into one long special or movie, like Oshi no Ko did with ep1.

Castlevania is so GOOD!!! Currently on season 3 and the art, plot, and fight scenes are so epic!

Right? A timeskip in name only, the plot points are back to the previous chapter  The characters talking like it was the next day, not 3 years  Timeskip was just an excuse to power up everyone, & restart all the plot points closed in the previous chapter in the most forced manner

I really hope they pull a stunt and we get more in some form or another. I don't want it to end. There's still so much of the manga to adapt too!

Agreed, I guess with the  massive manga sales being done as a source of finding and production for animation still a cost, they decided to just rake in final funds from the fans and call it a day. A shame, I’ll still watch though, I hope Production I.G. can pleasantly surprise all of us with the movies

I just started reading One Piece!! Just finished Drum Island arc. Wow this manga has so much heart and character! I totally see why it’s so popular. And of course I hear it only gets better.

Rurouni Kenshin reboot has been very enjoyable!

 

Excited for JJK to return next week!

 

The new Bleach episode was fun!! The animation was been great!

 

I also watched the OP Gold movie for the first time and I really enjoyed it. The TWIST!! gonna watch Stampede tomorrow!
