Regional Tauros is still a bull Raichu is still a mouse Darmanitan is a still a gorilla Convergent Dugtrio is now some eels Tentacruel is now a mushroom GF making it up as they go. While I agree that convergents are kinda pointless when the concept of regionals is already there, to my understanding, regionals adapt to a region while convergents came to be under different circumstances than the originals (therefore making them different species) but somehow ended up looking similar Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
