This sucks so hard!

I keep waiting for them to get just 1 thing right and they never do.

Yeah the whole gimmick thing is lame and cringey. Can they just deliver a good quality game with moderate difficulty, post game content and decent graphics and world building?

I feel like level scaling should be a fairly simple thing to put into the games, I’m not understanding why they won’t add it

 

Half the decisions made by this company make no sense

The positive:

- I like most pokemon designs

- Raid battles being back

- The three storyline thingy seems interesting

- The characters and NPCs seem more expressive?

 

The negative:

- The gimmick is not needed. The gimmicks are getting more stupid with every gen. Megas were cool, Z-moves were decent. But Terastalizing (or whatever it is called) and Dynamax are so stupid. 

- The game still looks pretty rough. They did manage to make the game seem kinda pretty in some scenes I guess.

- No scaling with gym leaders is just 

 

I hope we'll get another trailer in like 3 or 4 weeks. I feel like there's a lot more content to be revealed and they really need to build up some more hype.

At this point, I just want Legends: Deoxys(Rayquaza, w/e). A ruby/sapphire Re-remake, fully open world. Make the region even prettier and update the graphics from Arceus.

 

Imagine all the Hoenn landscapes in open world with a controllable camera. Diving, volcano, Fortree City, etc etc. It would be amazing.

The new Pokémon revealed looking low-key horrible, Koraidon using its paws despite its weels, Gyarados’ part of the body in the water looking exactly the same as the part outside of the water…

this trailer was a bit tragic, still excited for a new Pokémon game tho

the ice pokemon is super cool but they always have to ruin it somehow… the typing is not right for ha!

 

the wooper regional is boring af…. like, do something super unexpected or cool with the new variants because there are so many possibilities. out of everything they could have done, just make it interesting at least.

 

that bread dog is…. a choice. i could see it having a really fun or cute evolution tho!

And they peaked with mega evos and ever since then all is downhill

truly a “1 step forward, 3 steps back”. Legends: Arceus worked so well and they are just ignoring everything we loved about it  and the graphics/frame rate being a complete mess
