The most legit leak so far. 

• This design actually screams "James Turner". 
• If the Fuecoco evo is real & is the more "feminine" form this time around, this makes sense.
• SWSH starters were loosely based on the PowerPuff Girls, so there is a precedent of basing starters on iconic cartoon characters .
• I's based on a cactus & a cactus is present - I've theorised there would be a cacti mon as unique specifies are prevalent in Spain. 
• It has the same derpy vibe as recent mon designs & thematically, would "fit in" as part of a trio along with Fuecoco's evo's derp. 
• It actually builds on/expands elements from Sprigatito's design quite viably.
• It's a cat that turns bipedal, so GF probably flood their basement over it.
