Meowscarada gets Triple Axel, so i will once again annoyingly say it, Radical Red did it first Starters are unlocked by using BP to upgrade their respective areas in the Terrarium New abilities & moves: https://gist.github.com/sora10pls/62448da935a5a17617fbc3f8abf33010 Hydrapple's sigmove is luck based, but it starts at 80BP Electric finally got a good Physical move Luxray & Electivire get it.
