It's so awkward seeing a humanoid fox walking around the map. Hate to say it because I love fem pokemon but her design is simply unacceptable

The bipedal starters we've got over the past gens look more like humans dressed as Pokemon than actual Pokemon (Cinderace, Inteleon, Delphox, Incineroar). Delphox and Incineroar could've been so much better if they had retained a quadrupedal (and more animal-looking) form. They are so awkward to look at - especially Inteleon and Delphox.

Delphox design is not great but you are doing to much, it is still much better than Cinderace, Inteleon and Incineroar. I also think it could be easily fixed by tweaking some things here and there. But yeah, I wanted Sprigatito to remain quadrupedal as we are getting too anthropomorphic since Gen VI which even makes it a bit uncomfortable why are you capturing and pseudoslaving things that are so humanlike

FOCK Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 (edited) Is anyone actually surprised about Sprig? I don’t mind that the feline like starters turn bipedal; it’s the designs that are the issue. Delphox is an example of it done well, but then it turns into… that. And Torrocat was such a weird and forced mid-transition, with its forelegs looking much longer than its back legs, scoliosis looking ass. Inceneroar’s issue is it’s human elements, like abs, belt & massive hands. Just serve natural, queen of the forest kitties pls. Though he didn’t technically confirm it’s bipedal, just that “it stands up”, I’d be okay if did both, maybe 4 legs when moving, with the ability to switch to a standing stance to attack. Who wants to bet Ash will not even be using any of his old Pokémon despite this being the perfect series for him to do so. We will never see Sinnoh League Victors or XYZ quality again I fear.
